Absolutely loved my couples massage with my husband. We felt so relaxed after. Can be pricey but definitely worth every penny

Spa at Four Seasons Resort, Palm Beach This Spa is wonderful. The services and staff are top notch. They are more than willing to please and the spa promises to be a wonderful oasis whether it’s for the day or for the week. I highly recommend Olga for the nail services. There are several areas for clients to rest and relax including a whirlpool, steam room, a relaxation room and waiting area~ complete with snacks and beverages.

A very nice spa, for sure. I’m not a huge frequenter of spas, so I don’t have much to compare this to… the last spa I visited was in Riviera Maya and that was definitely a 5-star spa(plunge pools, mud baths, ridiculously lavish adornments, etc). + Located in the Four Seasons resort + Hot tip to resort guests: the spa itself is completely complimentary to guests. You’ll only have to pay for services(like massages, wraps, facials, manicures/pedicures, etc). + Very friendly and helpful staff + Reasonably priced and good selection of cosmetics and treatments in the lobby + Spa facility was very nice; restrooms, showers(body jet/rain shower), changing area, whirlpool, steam room, relaxation room — all were very comfortable, clean, well-maintained, quiet, and relaxing. + Great assortment of light snacks, tea, flavored water available in most areas + Spa services were good, but not the best I’ve ever had. I had the Palm Beach Signature massage; talked to the therapist about pressure and focus areas — she did a good job with things. On a scale of 1 – 10, I’d rate the overall massage as a 7.5. The foot reflexology add-on wasn’t worth it, in my opinion. Maybe I’m not a fan of a reflexology massage(this was my first), but I found it largely uncomfortable. + Massage room was very comfortable and calming.

Complimentary valet and greeted by friendly staff. Did the couples massage, both of us left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The locker rooms also have great amenities such as whirl pool and steam room.

I came here with high expectations as I had a wonderful experience many years ago. Valet is complementary. The entrance to the spa had a great appeal. The SPA is beautiful. The icy cold towels w lemongrass scent were amazing. The relaxing room had great tea and cookies and was so relaxing. The treatment waiting room had yummy treats w nuts and driedfruits. The showers had Rosemary mint cleansers. The services were disappointing. Briefly, I did not enjoy a single thing about the massage. The neck massage gave me an instant headache. Her fingers hurt everything she touched. Then the facial, the room was nice and very comfortable but she used an extremely bright light to examine my face for a very long time that was so painful despite my eyes being closed and with the hot pads she put on my eyes. I have never had anyone apply heat to my eyes and she did this twice!

The facilities here are a bit dated but the service is very pleasant and helpful. The facilities are absolutely impeccably clean and every tissue you leave or empty glass will be moved before you blink. Overall enjoyed my experience here and actually returned just to use the 8-head experience shower after the pool!

My mother in law and I had a lovely time at the Four Seasons spa in Palm Beach last week. We weren’t staying at the hotel but rather decided to get massages and have lunch. We both loved our massages, spent time in the hot tub and steam room before trying the amazing Vichy showers. I don’t know about you but I always fill out those forms at the beginning and never feel like anyone reads them — well my massage therapist actually read it ahead of time, asked me questions about my preferences, etc. The staff were SO nice and personable, everything was top notch. Had fantastic lunch at Graze and walked on the beach after.

Wow! We cannot say enough good things about this experience! We called at 12:30pm on New Year’s Day and were able to get two massage appointments for 1:30pm. Victoria could not have been more kind over the phone and seemed genuinely happy to greet us upon arrival even though we were not staying at the hotel. The showers, spa, steam room, etc are remarkable! The massage was excellent. This was the perfect way to kick start 2014. By far the best spa experience and most beautiful Four Seasons I have ever visited.

I would give my masseuse Ellen and the facilities 5 stars. I was there for a work function and capped off the week with an 80 minute massage. Had I known the spa was as nice as it was, I would have gotten there at least two hours earlier and maybe even spent an hour afterwards. It’s huge! They have a great steam room, whirlpool, and seven jet showers that feels like a drive through car wash for humans, I found it hard to peel myself out of there. The spa area for men is very private, and you have a host of options you can add to your massage — what type of music, hot rocks, lava socks, etc etc… I only rated my experience 3 stars because we used a room at the very end of the hall that must have been by a high traffic area. For the latter half of my massage I heard things being moved around, people walking and talking back and forth, and even a tray of dishes or glasses getting re-stocked. This just seemed like such an amateur oversight for a place like the Four Seasons, even if it was half an hour before they closed. With all of that distraction, I found it impossible to enjoy the last 40 minutes of my massage, which Ellen was very apologetic about. I mentioned my experience to the lady at the desk on my way out who offered for me to come back the next morning, but unfortunately I had to fly out. I recommend a massage from Ellen to anyone, but just make sure you don’t get the room at the very end of the hall.

Worst experience I’ve ever had — waxer left me bruised and bleeding — she literally took skin off and it was a Bikini wax — ouch Management knew she didn’t know how to wax Avoid this place at all costs

I had the best massage of my life at this spa on Saturday. Seriously, THEBEST. Yes, it’s pricey but totally, completely worth it. Along with your massage you get access to the other spa amenities including the showers(six side wall heads and a huge main head = the most amazing shower ever created), the jacuzzi, sauna, and relaxation room. So, is it worth it? Ahem, yes it absolutely is worth every penny spent.

Gorgeous spa with an amazing massage! When my friend and I stayed here over the weekend, we both got a Swedish massage. Catherine, my masseuse, was AMAZING! I asked for medium/deep pressure and she delivered it perfectly. The spa is beautiful. Amazing showers that have jets that with spray water at you from all sides. The sauna/jacuzzi area is free for you to use as a guest during your entire stay at The Four Seasons. We took advantage of that :) Comfy robes, friendly desk service, amazing ginger peach nectar tea and cucumber water awaits you when you enjoy services at this spa. Highly recommended!
