The yoga classes at this studio are top notch. They offer hot yoga, pilyoga (Pilates and yoga infused) and more! I took a class with Kim for hot yoga and it was a killer workout! She was very knowledgeable and offered options for all ability levels! If you are looking for a fantastic yoga studio in this area, head over to Back in Action. You will come out feeling very refreshed!

These are the best people ever. Dr Rob is the nicest guy you will ever meet and he is an awesome doctor. My wife has been in pain and suffering for months. She has seen 3 different orthopedic doctors that did nothing but run up huge bills and stab her with needles. She received zero results.
We saw good reviews on google about Back In Action for PT. Dr Rob was able to fix her shoulder, back and neck after a 10 minute exam and 5 minutes looking at her x-rays and MRI films. She is now on the path to recovery thanks to Dr Rob and his incredible staff.

The support staff is so nice and helpful. They treat you like your at a spa. I have litteral nothing I could want them to do better. Thanks
