The people who work at this location are consistently friendly and helpful. Sure, every now and then the line is a bit long but I don’t think that’s the fault of any of the employees. The pharmacy help is always professional as well. I prefer this Walgreens over the CVS across the street.

You know what I hate? I hate lousy service. That’s what I got today. Lousy service. At this Walgreens. At the conclusion of my visit, I had a strong urge to announce to everyone in this store, at the top of my lungs, these exact words: «THISPLACESUCKS!» So I see this Walgreens and decide on impulse to get some licorice. They didn’t have any of their«Nice» brand or their new«deLISH» brand. I looked all over for it. Not there. Then I noticed I could get a little box of Oreos for 99 cents instead of their normal $ 1.99,(which is a crazy high price). I decided to go for it. Yah, these were going to be tasty. I’m imagining how good they’re going to taste with some cold milk at home. Yum… Then I am surprised to see the line is unacceptably long at the cashier. Nobody is stepping-up to man the other register… And it isn’t long before I start thinking that I just want to get the hell out of here. BUT I HUNGINTHERE. I’m hanging in. I’m hanging in. I’m on the verge of going crazy with the wait. But I keep telling myself I’m going to make it. I’m going to make it. It’s not going to be much longer. I can make it. FINALLY… it’s my turn. I’m going to leave with my Oreos and they are going to taste so good when I get home. Because I haven’t had them in a while. The cashier asks me if I have a card. No, I say. She rings it up. The total says $ 1.99 I said it’s marked at 99 cents. She says I need a card. WTF?! You bastards made me waste my time. I’m not into playing silly games. I saw the sign: 99 cents. But now I gotta read the fine print? Was there fine print? I didn’t see any fine print. I could have been out of the Publix supermarket across the street faster. They seem to be more concerned about creating positive customer experiences. Because I am always out of there quickly. And they are not making me play stupid games with having cards to get a deal. I just buy it. You people annoyed the hell out of me today. When that lady said I needed a card, guess what I did? I took my dollar off the counter and said«Screw it. I’m outta here.» And guess what else? I’m not going back. I’m so annoyed that I’m inclined to go out of my way to avoid all Walgreens stores in the future. You guys blew it today. I am pissed off.
