Lowe’s Home Improvement

People were just rude! The guy in appliances was a know it all, with bad hygiene. The guy in doors was just a plain d#*k!!! I’ll never come here again. Should have went to the Palatka store.

Well organized with mostly uncluttered aisles Easy to find what you’re looking for and many available staff to assist. I’ve never had issues shopping and finding items needed at any Lowe’s.

I had a bad experience at Home Depot so I went to Lowe’s instead and noticed the difference. Cleaner, more organized, plenty of employees who were easy to locate, friendly and helpful. I will definitely make the rest of my purchases here instead — Home Depot’s mess up is Lowe’s gain ;)

After shopping at that worthless joke of a Home Improvement Store colored in orange, and promising I would never, EVER shop at a Home Depot EVER AGAIN, I made the trek from St. Augustine to Palm Coast to this Lowe’s store, and what an unbelievable difference in the two companies.
This Lowe’s is located near 95, but you have to make a small drive through a plaza to find it, it’s located near a few other stores, but pretty much sits by itself. There’s plenty of parking, and I immediately noticed how clean and organized everything was outside the store on my way in. Upon walking in, I did not see carts or products scattered every which way on the floor like in Home Depots, but a very clean floor, with nice displays all around me. Every area of the store that I visited was well-​stocked, well-​displayed, and easy to find what I was looking for and the prices were easy to find.
The biggest difference between Lowe’s and Home Depot was picked up very quickly, as I was approached three different times during my visit by Lowe’s associates asking if I needed help finding anything. One time was in the appliance section, and he took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything, answering my questions, and proving his knowledge of the subject I needed help in. Instead of Home Depot stores where the employees scurry the other way and hide, I was treated with respect and found and bought everything I was looking for.
I absolutely will drive the one hour round trip down to Palm Coast to visit this Lowe’s for everything I need in home improvement, because I know I will find it here, at a great price, and will enjoy a pleasant looking store with great employees, and I would recommend this store to anyone looking for the same. STAY AWAY FROM HOME DEPOT and SHOP LOWE’S!!!
