There coffee is good, however it can be pricey and fattening… So if you noticed that you’ve gained a few pounds be sure to ask for a latte light

Stopped at this well hidden Palm Coast Starbucks with my wife and daughter on the way south to Fort Lauderdale. Briana and Vince were our baristas.
Off the Starbucks Secret Menu, my daughter had a grande Vanilla Bean Frappuccino with raspberry syrup. My wife had a Venti latte, while I ordered my signature «Bill’s Morning Start» — a six-​shot Venti, four-​pump Vanilla, one-​pump Mocha, extra-​fat, extra-​hot, upside down latte.
All three drinks were made to perfection. No problems whatsoever — especially with my drink.
Clean store with clean restrooms. As I mentioned earlier, this Starbucks is well hidden and can be easily missed if you’re not paying attention.

I went to this Starbucks with my puppy in my hand and I was just about to order until this midget lady who I think was the manager comes running out on her 2 little legs saying with a loud voice and a mean face HI IS THAT A SERVICE DOG NOO LEAVE NOWWW so we left I’m never coming here again my dog is the sweetest if he gets kicked out I’m out you lost a customer for your rudeness

Too slowww Theres an elderly women who is very nice but she never remembers your drink. i see her everyday and get the same drink everyday 7 days a week…
Also this place is the slowest starbucks in the Nation! Serious I’ve been everywhere and they probably have faster service in Ho Dunk Alabama!

First time and definitely not the last! Great customer service and they made my drink perfectly! They are busy, but fast, they keep everything running quick and smooth!

Starbucks is Starbucks. Drinks are fine, food is fine it is the same all over the US. The thing I don’t like about this store is some of the staff have brought their New York, New Jersey attitude with them. Like it or not, much of the country finds aspects of New York City and NJ unappealing and some of the staff here need a lesson in friendly customer service. You live in a community with high unemployment with a real issue with lack of jobs, appreciate yours a little more than you seem to. The store in Target is more friendly.

These folks do not know how to make speciality coffee and know nothing about café culture. There’s NO passion in their coffee drinks, the line is ridiculous and service is slow. It’s always a 15 min wait for a Latte, the outdoor seating faces the parking lot and sometimes has bums and homeless people hanging around. (nothing against the homeless but…) I once saw this rough looking family just hanging out on the seats and the teen kids were climbing all over the chairs. The employees are disturbing; noisy and loud mouthed, ruining any café experience you thought you were going in for. But alas, this is Palm Coast, what do they know about café culture!

This was my third Starbucks stop for the day on my way back up to Jacksonville. I opted for my usual Venti Iced Caramel Latte and service was friendly and quick. This is a pretty busy location, but I literally was in and out in less than 7 minutes. Great staff and super efficient. Back on the freeway – wide eyed and bushy tailed…

Been here a couple of times. The staff are super friendly and make my drinks perfect every time. There’s no drive through which is not a big deal for me because I always like to go inside which is nice and spacious. Every time I’m there it is always busy but the line goes by super fast and I don’t need to wait long. Very impressive.

Although the shop was clean with a refined atmosphere, the young girl who made my coffee neglected to add sugar. Although this seems like a picky thing to critique, my coffee is valuable to me, as it is my pick me up for the afternoon.

Unhelpful. Tried to overcharge for a drink. They wanted to upcharge for syrup in a kids drink. A kids hot chocolate comes with mocha syrup (and a pump of vanilla), so why wouldn’t a cold chocolate milk cost the same amount? It takes less work to make a cold kids chocolate milk. I tried to explain this to the two girls behind the counter, yet they were adamant they had to upcharge for chocolate syrup in a kids chocolate milk. Not friendly or helpful. Won’t be back to this location.

Convenient starbucks, not too far off the freeway. A little tough to spot cuz the typical starbucks symbol isn’t displayed very prominently.
Parking is quick and easy, just like the service.

Everyone who know me, knows how I love Starbucks (literally addicted, twice a day kind of girl). However, this store could use some cashier customer service training. I stopped here for a pitstop between Orlando and Jacksonville and felt like I was in the Capital One «NO» commercial. Looking forward to being back in Jax «where everybody knows your name and they’re always glad you came»

I’m not a bug fan of the Starbucks, but this is a nice one. Impressive retail section with mugs, cups and Starbucks version of a Keurig. Even a clearance section ! Shopping at a Starbucks… what? Yes! Great fung shway!

Quick efficient service with a smile. Busy location but always quick and made as it should. What more can you ask from this franchise.

Great place to spend time on your laptop, iPhone or iPad. WiFi connection is great.
Oh …I forgot about the coffee which is great. Very friendly staff.
