Jason replaced the glass/lcd on my iPhone 6. First time it glitched second time the top is coming apart. I paid close to $ 200. Service sucked and I got ripped off. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

(INSHORTTHEYMADEMEPAYTWICEFOR A BADPARTTHEYINSTALLED, & they wouldn’t budge) My experience started May 5th when I shattered my iPhone 5 screen. My wife googled repair & Tru-Tech came up in Palm Coast. I drove straight there. They charged me 140 $ to put a new screen on with a screen protector # tax. This is about 20 $ more than the last screen I had replaced. They did the work while I waited. Upon leaving I got in my truck and the screen started ghost clicking. It would advance from one screen to the next opening random apps all by itself. I would put it to sleep & reopen it because it would not respond to touching on the screen. After 3−5min the problem seems to fade away. However it would randomly reoccur. They have a 30 day warranty. However we remained busy until we left for a 3 week vacation @ 40 days later. During my vacation the phone started ghost clicking & freezing out of control. We thought maybe the memory was getting full so we deleted 1500 of my photos. Problem was still occurring. Even taking pictures on its own. So we returned home did a backup with Apple & wiped the phone clean. When my phone restarted the problems were still there. I can’t run s business like this so on July 9th, 2015 I meet the owner in the parking lot & explain how from the time I first had the repair done this phone has been ghost clicking &/or not responding. What does he suggest!!! He had the nerve to tell me I can pay again for the same service. SOLETMEGETTHISRIGHT– U SELLME A DEFECTIVEPART&THENWANTMETOPAYYOUAGAINTODOTHESAMESERVICE I JUSTPAIDYOU140 $ FORJUST64DAYSEARLIER. So in the end I pay 198 $ for my screen repair. I pressured them to not charge me full price they said we will charge you half but they ended up adding an extra 10 $ onto what he told me in the parking lot. This business«doesn’t back there stuff».!! They will try to get every penny out of you. The customer is wrong. I will not go back here for service again!!! I might add. I usually go to Jax for my repairs where there is a line or lots of customers getting repairs. Both times I was at this business I was the only customer there. Kinda makes you wonder why. This place is a scam.

Very accommodating with meeting up at his shop to look at my broken tv. Turns out the panel went bad, but was very helpful in advice for the future.
