ABC Coin Laundry

My washing machine is in repair, I went to ABC for the first time, I had five loads, my car was full of laundry. Abel the manager pulled everything from my car, assisted the loading of the machines and was so helpful, courteous and respectful. He was so kind and helped unload the washers and took all the bags to my car. I didn’t have to stress out, didn’t do a thing and didn’t have to ask. He saw how much I had and was there immediately
I will be back soon and without hesitation would definitely recommend ABC

Hate the fact that I don’t have anywhere to do laundry at the place that I moved into last year but I have to say, after discovering this place from Unilocal,I am thankful for ABC laundry. They keep the place really clean. Every time I’m in there I always see the workers sweeping/​moping the floors and cleaning the washers/​dryers that aren’t in use. They keep that place CLEAN. An averaged size load of laundry cost $ 4.50 but they balance it out by charging $ 0.25 cents per 5 minutes for the dryers.

One of the cleanest, peaceful, and comfortable laundromats I have ever been to. I will drive the 13 miles to go there.

This place is clean and the people are very helpful and friendly. We went here to clean some large items — comforter and pillows — it will save your washer /​dryer. The owner told us which machines to use for the large items and best way to clean and dry without shrinking items.

Hands down best laundromat I have been to! Abel is extremely helpful and efficient and will always go the extra mile to make his customers satisfied. The laundromat is very clean and washers/​dryers are always clean and running well. I won’t be going anywhere else for my laundry needs (unless I am

Worst experience here ever. The janitor, or owner, whoever he is, was constantly pushing my boundaries. He was telling me how to wash and dry my clothes as if I’ve never used a washer or dryer before. He was telling me my washers were overstuffed, or telling me to put them in larger, more expensive washers, and making me feel like I had to do it or he would not allow me to wash my clothes there.
Instead of understanding that I didn’t like washing my clothes together with dish towels, he insisted that I shove everything together in a large washer to save money. Then, he was standing over me while my clothes were drying, going in my machines, pulling out my clothes, putting them in other machines without telling me, and moving my clothes around. Don’t touch my clothing!!! I would ask him over and over again not to touch my belongings, to let me wash my own clothing, and to leave me be.
There were several other women washing their clothes at the time who got up to stand by their washers in fear that he would go through their clothing next. I’ve never been so upset in a public space before. Will not be going back.

Best coin laundry facility in palm desert! Abel and Al are amazing. So helpful and fun! This place gives a new meaning to the word laundry ;) thanks for all the great customer service!

These guys are phenomenal! They helped me out in a pinch right before closing time. Best experience ever.
