I found Air Solutions (Walter) somewhat by accident, when I had a A/​C problem & was leaving town. He really came through when I knew he was very busy & could have just as easily told me he couldn’t help me out. He promptly diagnosed my problem, had the part in his truck & fixed my A/​C very quickly. I believe that his pricing is fair & I think he runs a very reputable company. I would highly recommend Air Solutions & plan to continue using him when any HVAC needs arise.

After a horrible experience with General Air I called Air Solutions of the Deser, Not only were they able to fix our problem in a timely manner they also helped to advise us on things to do in the future to help cool our house and did not try and sell us on a $ 140 000 new unit that was not needed! Very knowledgeable and took time to explain it to me in a way I understand (while dealing with children at our feet!). Will for sure be calling Air Solutions for any future problems/​issues/​questions. You will not be disappointed!

My tenants reported low, non-​cool air flow a couple of weeks ago. Another HVAC company we engaged did not fix the problem. So after we paid for multiple service calls and paid for different parts & labor that they told us needed to be performed each time they came back out but the problem was still not fixed, I called my HOA property management company and asked for their preferred vendors for air conditioning and they provided and recommended Air Solutions.
Walter answered my call, he took the time to listen to the problem I was experiencing, and gave me his initial assessment, educated and informed me on EPA standards relevant to the problem I described, gave his recommendations/​options and provided me his estimated time to perform the job and costs included.
On the same day of my call, as he promised, Walter showed up at our rental property, performed the repairs/​maintenance work, even pointed out to the tenants to keep their male dogs away from the AC units and to keep their dogs from marking the units as that have caused corrosion and damage to the condensers.
Walter reported back to me as soon as he completed the work and he got strong, cool air flowing again. My tenants are fine now especially it’s the middle of August in the Desert!
Walter sent me digital pictures showing the work he performed and provided me a very detailed write-​up describing the work and itemized costs on the invoice for my records.

Very reliable and gets to your problem right away – no waiting. This is important where we live in the desert. He has no surprises with his billing and is pleasant to do business with and have around. I would not hesitate to recommend him and have done so with many of my neighbors.
