ASAP Lock Specialist

I had a very unique situation that I knew was going to be a challenge finding help with. After 4 or 5 calls out to other Locksmiths in the area I found Jeff, by this time I am somewhat discouraged and just waiting for the no, I can’t help you. Much to my surprise Jeff was familiar with what I needed, went way above and beyond the scope of work I asked for and was more than reasonably priced. I am extremely happy with the integrity, honesty, prompt response that I found with ASAP Lock, I highly recommend them and feel that I have found someone I can count on, big five stars!

Jeff has been helping me out with re-​keying, lock changes, touch pads for doors, garage lock systems, etc. for 10 years, he is reliable, reasonable, a true professional. Does excellent work, always available. He IS as good as it gets!

The lock on my patio sliding door would not lock. I called at least 2 locksmiths before calling ASAP, and each was quick to tell me I would have to call a sliding glass door company. Luckily, my next call was to ASAP. Jeff patiently listened to my description of the issue and agreed to check it out. Not only was he an hour earlier than we scheduled, he figured out the problem ASAP. Perfectly named service! And Jeff was an absolute pleasure. I would not hesitate to call ASAP again (hopefully I won’t need to), or recommend ASAP and Jeff. Thanks much! BTW, this is my first ever review – that’s how pleased I was!

Late night home lock out — what to do?
The ‘victim’ was actually our neighbor. Seemed her touchpad electronic lock may have dead battery. Jumped online to search for local locksmith (10pm) and out of many possibilities, was LUCKY to have selected ASAP Lock Specialist. JEFF spent time on phone with us, attempting to trouble-​shoot but in end, a service call was required.
As the name implies, Jeff came right over (ASAP!), gained entry through a back door (traditional deadbolt) then proceeded to install new battery to malfunctioning electronic keypad on front door.
Jeff has a most delightful personality and certainly knows his business. Then he pulled out his smart phone, attached a tiny plug-​in, swiped credit card and instanly completed payment. Very slick.
HIGHLY recommend Jeff if you ever need locksmith service, ASAP!
