A very nice comfortable facility with unscrupulous business practices. Friends made a good faith deposit with assurance of a total refund upon change of health status. Well… Two weeks later both friends were incapacitated due to deteriorating health and not able to make the move to Atria Hacienda. Now Atria is billing them for $ 8000 + and claiming non-compliance of contract. We are just sick about the treatment and disregard for our friends health failures as well as Atria’s «profit before compassion» business outlook.

My aunt has just moved in here, and I found it to be the BEST of the BEST among assisted living. We ate lunch and dinner there, and found the food to be restaurant quality. We watched a movie in the theater, with free popcorn, in amazingly comfortable chairs.
My aunt is happy and comfortable. And we are over the moon.

A great place to live. Great food and activities. I know the managers and they run a good community. Nice pool. Good transportation.
