Walking through the mall, just so came by this place. Thankfully so, the cup of pretzels lightly salted were fantastic. I know I’ll likely be making another trip to the mall before our holiday is over to enjoy them one more time!

I make excuses to go to the mall just so I can get some pretzels. I dislike the fact that if you ask for jalapeño cheese they hand you salsa cheese, but other than that the food and drinks are yummie!

My wife and I had some business to take care of at Westfield Shoppingtown, more commonly known as the Palm Desert Mall. This took longer than expected, and we just had time for a quick bite before heading out to an appointment. She suggested the food court, but I said we didn’t have time for that and remembered that we had walked by Auntie Anne’s and they had a guy outside handing out slices of their pretzel dogs, which were pretty flavorful. So we headed back that way to get a couple. On looking at their offerings, with not a whole lot to choose from besides pretzel dogs(wieners wrapped in pretzel dough and cooked) and a few varieties of large, soft pretzels, I decided to try their pretzel topped with slices of pepperoni and bits of cheese. It turned out to be a good choice. It was more filling than the hot dog, and here’s the best part — two of them came to $ 6.46 including tax! OK – if you’re at the mall and you have neither the time or the appetite(or the money!) to go upstairs to the food court, Auntie Anne’s can fix you up with a quick snack.
