Great company, service, and product! Everyone is knowledgable and friendly too! I highly recommend this company!

Over a period of 18 months, we cautiously tested the caliber of this company, with smaller projects. First, we had them install a new back door. Nicely done. Then, a slightly larger task: replacement of the large sliding glass window in our master bedroom. Wonderful! The Milgard product is a dream, the door slides open and closed with one finger.
Finally, the BIg Magilla– replacement of all eighteen windows in our house with MIlgard product. Quite frankly, we couldn’t have been more pleased, from the initial sales contact through windows measurement to the installation, which was completed in only two days. They left no evidence of their presence: no scratches on the stucco, no piles of debris, they were neat as a pin and very respectful of our privacy.
Now we have eighteen wonderful windows which block virtually all the desert dust, and qualified for an IID rebate as well.
We are thrilled with our purchase and the service we received and heartily recommend them to others.

we had a front custom door installed improperly, Matt was here several times and could never get the door square. The door latches will not line up, uneven spacing around the door and the frame. I now have to have another contractor come over and pull it apart and square it back up so it operates properly. Will never recommend this company to anyone, thank god they no longer work in Arizona !!!

Tim helped us with finding the right custom made pocket doors for the remodel of our bedroom and bath. They needed metal cladding and special detail. While there are always surprises with any construction project, you can tell the real professionals in how they handle any problem that arises. Tim was proactive, communicative (a BIG plus when problems arise) and was on top of the job all the way. On the day of install, his team was professional, courteous, clean, prompt, started as early as 7 am and even committed to working of Saturday if needed to get my job done asap. When I need additional doors or windows, my first and only call would be to Tim. I highly recommend him and his company!

I had a great experience with the entire team. First with Craig who scoped my project then with Tim and the construction crew were true to their schedule. Tim even called in an electrician for me and they were great. Everyone was extremely personable. End result-​very satisfied and I highly recommend them.
Christine and Catherine (office) were easy to work with and they were always available. Christine went the extra mile and had her housekeeper come in and clean my house. it did get a little dusty. It’s the extra touch that is very meaningful.

I’m really concerned with this company and their customer service department. Christine has no people skills whatsoever and should not be working in customer service. She is the rudest person I have ever spoken with on the phone and I will NOT be using this company until something has been done. I have more windows that need to be replaced and would like to use the company since the salesman, installers and owner were so professional and kind.

I just thought I should say something about this company’s superb professionalism and the way their workers completed the job. They were prompt, meticulous, and very professional. It was a pleasant experience. I know that often people don’t commend businesses as readily as they are to say the negatives.

We recently had some windows and doors replaced and are thrilled with the results. We worked with Tim, the owner, and he had ideas we hadn’t even considered and are so glad we trusted him! The items were installed right on time and the workmanship was amazing. The way the windows and doors look like they are a part of our house vs. just replacement — there is a big difference! I give them thumbs up for customer service, too. The women in the office, Christine and Catherine, were always willing to help answer any questions and also gave stellar service– super friendly and very professional.
My husband and I love how the feel of our house has been transformed! Now we just need to do the rest of the house!

Had these folks replace a large sliding patio door. They were prompt and courteous, delivered sooner than promised and gave «white glove service»! Very happy with the entire experience and would definitely recommend this company.
