After being a customer for 13 years, I feel like there is validity in what I have to say. I wish there was a negative star rating for how poorly this company’s service personnel perform. If you are interested in having thorough pest control, turn around and look up another company. They’re great when everything is wonderful but if there is any sign of alarm, good luck in getting ahold of management for service. Oh and if you feel like getting verbally berated for any logical reason, give their corporate office a call, they will take care of you time and time again. I’d rather have bugs in my house then have to work with this company.
To resolve this issue, there is no resolve.

I was at the point where I wanted to Kill my Pest Control service when I finally decided to find a new Pest Control company. That’s when I found Cartwright. Their slogan was right on. For a Job done right call Cartwright. Affordable. Dependable. Knowledgable. They took care of everything in a very timely manner. Hassle Free as it should be. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Pest Control, Termite Services, Bee Removal and so much more. Good News is they service the entire Coachella Valley.
