Chem-​Dry of the desert is awesome! Such a great company and the dispatcher was so friendly! Call Chem-​Dry and make sure you tell them you want Chem-​Dry of the desert to perform the service since it seems that the owner functions along with a few other ones. Madeline the dispatcher/​receptionist was incredibly friendly and explained to me exactly what would happen. They even provided me a time frame as to when the Technician would arrive. Elmer the technician along with his assistant Erick, treated me with great respect and made sure to provide me with the best service they could. I would definitely recommend this business and will of course be repeating services with them again! For being a big company they give you the attention to detail that is normally found in a Family owned and Operated type of deal. Great Service! Reasonable prices! Nothing beats them!
