We purchased a home in Palm Desert earlier in the year that had some alarm equipment left behind by the previous owners. The alarm company they had employed however, was relentless! So not interested in pushy salesmen showing up at our doorstep on weekenights and weekends. We got a referral from a friend and called Comtron. Their level of customer service is unmatched — the technician who did the work was very friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job of walking me through the process.
