Was recommended by a friend when I had a printer I thought was dead. They could not have been more helpful — I brought the printer over, they diagnosed and estimated the repair cost while-I-waited…and even had a loaner so that I wouldn’t be without for the less-​than-​two-​days that they took for the repair.
