What a great find! A local micro distillery! On Saturday afternoon the tasting room was empty so the host had plenty of time to tell us all about the liquor we were tasting.
The highlights were their vodka and their gin. The vodka is very smooth and slightly sweet. It’s easy to see why they’ve already won awards for it.
The gin is spicy and dry. It tastes like the desert and makes a killer g & t.
We also got a nice tour of the distillery.
This would be a great place to take out of town friends to show them some local flavors.

Had a great time with owners John and Neil. Quaint tasting room and really delicious spirits. John gave us a great tour of the facility. You must visit Palm Deserts first distillery when in the area.

Brand new place. Yummy drinks. Can’t buy bottles yet. Had a great tour and the people are really nice. Looking forward to watching them grow.
