This is an addition to my previous review of this company. The billing I received(credit card payment) indicated that I was charged twice for the work. The youngster who did the work had told me he made an input error. Wouldn’t you think a youngster would know how to eliminate the error? I was not notified of the double billing, and my Auto Pay system paid both. Thank goodness, I review the billings. So – I called them, told them I wanted my refund. Well, that had to be delayed, she said. I told her this was double payment for a single invoice. She acknowledged that. I told her I was coming to their office to pick up a refund check tomorrow. Not possible, she said. Their office is in someone’s house. Can you believe that? A plumbing company represented as reputable, and it’s run from a residence? I told her this was not going to end. She then said that someone would deliver the refund to my residence the next day. The youngster who delivered the refund check was the same one who made the error. His parting comment was: «I told you that I’d made the error.» Hmmm. I don’t know what that meant. I have heard that one of the primary fellows — the one who came, located a foundation«slab» leak, and repaired it – has left the company. He had done a good job. Maybe he discovered the weaknesses in their management and abilities in simple plumbing work.

What a nighmare this company put us through. We own a vacation townhome in Indian Wells and needed a plumbing job done. The workers that came out did not know what they were doing. We were totally ripped off and had to hire another company to fix the mess they left behind. On the surface, this company may seem honest, friendly and reputable but don’t judge a company by its façade. The bottom line is — — — — - If the job goes wrong and the owner does not warrranty the work you know your dealing with a scoundrel after they’ve taken your money and won’t make things right or give you a credit.

Tony has come out twice on short notice to repair the air conditioning unit at our condo. He is responsive helpful and prompt. After the second time filling the unit with refrigerant in 3 months he has recommended we do a leak search which is pricey. But at least he is addressing the problem. Thank goodness have a home warranty policy.
