First trip was bringing in my wedding rings to be cleaned and rhodium brushed. Raju and the girls working there were so friendly and accommodating. Best part was there was no charge! I’m pretty sure my rings didn’t look as good when they were brand new as they do now. Went in to pick them up today and brought a necklace that I wanted to switch out a stone in… Raju gave me a solid (and reasonable) price and the woman (wish I could remember her name) helped me decide on what I wanted.
They do a great, quality job and there’s none of the «el paseo attitude» one would expect. They have a great selection and are truly experts in what they do.

I bought my husband’s wedding ring here… just a plain gold band but it’s very high quality and heavy. But what I like most is their customer service. I work outside and often shop in my work clothes and never did the owner or staff turn up their noses like I wasn’t a serious customer. A great lady (wish I had gotten her name) helped me pick out the band, and they have even polished up both our rings for free. Highly recommend!

I was given a quote of $ 375 from a jeweler to replace a small cz. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Then he said all my prongs needed replacing so for $ 675, he would do this. I got my ring, and saw El Paseo Jewelers. I thought it would be expensive due to its location. I dropped it off Tuesday. They said they would follow up Saturday. They called me today, Wednesday and said it was ready for pick up. NO CHARGE. AND the prongs didnt need to be redone. WONDERFUL service. And while I was there, I purchased a beautiful diamond with an emerald band. My new jewelry store!!! Highly recommend!

We have been doing business with El Paseo Jewelers ever since we stopped in to sell some gold jewelry that I had tried to sell in Chicago. Raju and his staff could not be more customer friendly. Reading the reviews one would think that it is impossible they could be this terrific, but they are! In addition he has the best selection on the street especially since he moved to a bigger place. And they really try to help you choose well, telling the truth when something doesn’t look good etc. We no longer use Chicago jewelers having met Raju. He and his staff are the best.

I saw the positive Unilocal reviews and took my engagement ring to get resized and the main stone tightened. He didn’t even charge us for that. We looked at some wedding bands while we waited but made no decisions. We were so taken care of without even making a purchase. We went and had lunch while we waited for the ring to get resized. We decided to purchase my wedding band when we came back to pick up my ring. Raju and his team were all so wonderful and their selection was great. We could not be happier with our purchases and service. Definitely recommend this place!

Raju and his team are truly one of a kind. My husband and I were just window shopping, he approached us on the street and asked us which ring we liked. I obviously pointed to the largest one in the window and struck up a conversation as he escorted us into his shop. I had a bag of old jewelry I wanted fixed or appraised and Raju did that on the spot. He put a new clasp on my lapis necklace free-​of-​charge. We then moved onto selecting a reasonably priced sapphire to set into my mother’s old engagement ring. The deal was so honest and straightforward, I’m thinking of purchasing a set of matching earrings when I collect the ring.
I’m a loyal customer and a creature of habit. Once I find a favorite dish, a great product, or wonderful customer service, the only way I’ll change is if I have to relocate. But even then I’ll make the effort find a way back. You should too.

AMAZING! We are from Portland and took a stroll down el paseo and landed ourselves in El Paseo Jewelers. It was a wonderful atmosphere and the biggest thing that stuck out to us, was the customers that were walking through the door! They were clearly returning customers. Raju greeted them by name. The rapport that was felt during this short visit made us feel like it was the right place. Raju is so friendly and knowledgable, he let us look at every diamond in the store and also introduced us to another couple that was from Portland. We ended up spending a few hours in the store and by that time, the store has already been closed for an hour or so, and not one time, did Raju mention they were closed. He was so patient and guided my fiancé through his buying process. I can’t explain how amazing this has all been. He goes above and beyond. We chose to buy with El Paseo over a Portland company because of the obvious care that this company has for their clients. I shipped my diamond back for some fine tuning with size, etc, and Raju has been great through the whole process. He has even offered to ship my ring back before my wedding to polish and shine it up before my ceremony. Buy from him! You can’t go wrong! Thank you thank you!

One of the most difficult challenges is finding an honest, helpful and knowledgable jeweler. We can’t recommend more highly Raju Mehta of El Paseo Jewelers. He has been terrific in giving us sound advice and fair dealings, even to the extent where he recommended we go elsewhere. We always feel we are being treated elegantly when we see Raju.

I have been a customer for years, either buying new jewelry or having simple repairs to my older jewelry, I am always impressed with the quality and service I have received. No job is too small or too big. The jewelry is the finest quality and you will not find a better price on El Paseo or Los Angeles for that matter. They really go that extra mile for their customers.

Raju and the entire team are AMAZING! We bought our wedding set there, as well as a bracelet and earrings. We have referred many friends there and will continue to do so because of the great service they provide. It really feels like family there. Even though we have moved away, if we are ever in the market for new jewelry or to ‘upsize’ our engagement ring, we will only go back to Raju!

Stopped by to ask how much it would be to clean up my ring, fix the platinum finish, repair the prongs, and re-​size. They told me it would be free and they could do it the SAME DAY! I got my ring back and I cried because it was more beautiful than the day my husband bought it. These people are so kind and generous and do a BEAUTIFUL job on jewelry! From now on, they will be the very first place I go for all future jewelry purchases!
