Horrible experience TWICE!!! I called them by referral for my sons 1^st bday and I paid for the character «Pablo» from the «backyardigans» cartoon and they gave me confirmation he would show up at the party in costume. «Pablo» did NOT show up, however «Tasha» did. That’s a girl costume and it was a BOY party. I was very embarrassed as I had promised on the invitations appearance of «Pablo». The table rentals were just left in my backyard and chairs, no set up. They were suppose to provide table cloths as part of my order, no table cloths were brought, I had to scramble and figure something out last minute. Face painting girls were young like teenagers and were nice but had NO TALENT it was a joke. The used stencils to pain on the kids face. Ridiculous. I didn’t pay for that bullshit. They didn’t offer a refund on the character mistake they simply said, the «Pablo» costume was unavailable unfortunately.
When my son turned 2 I was stupid enough to order again, but out here there aren’t many options. So I ordered tables, chairs, bouncer and balloons. They were 2 hours late with the delivery. They forgot about the balloons, and some random lady stopped by my house and handed me a giant tangle ball of almost deflated balloons. I was so insulted I just laughed and had to go to Party City to get ADEQUATE balloons. It was so ridiculous I can’t believe I gave them another chance.

Lisette went above and beyond to help me with my party! Everything was very well organized and very professional and the prices were great for everything you get.
I love that you can get everything you need for a party from one person! I am so happy with the services and will definitely be using Enchanted Memories again in the future!

I had hired Anna and Elsa to attend my daughter birthday party. Not only did they do a great job singing but my daughter and her friends got their face painted and balloon animals made. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

So was a little hesitant to use them after reading some of the reviews on Unilocal.But they had everything we needed for an 8 yr old birthday party in the park, tables, chairs, pop up canopy and balloon twister, so I took a chance and reserved these items for a Saturday afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised when everything and everyone showed up on time, no issues with items or delivery people. The balloon girl was super friendly and worked well with all the kids crowding her. Overall very happy with service and I will definitely use them again!
I know some people have had scheduling issues and issues with the owner, but if some of you out there are considering using Enchanted Memories, give them a call and talk to Kate. She explained the issues of the owner being overwhelmed with her business growing so quickly, and even though it’s not an excuse to treat people rudely, I think those problems are in the past for them.

This is my 4^th year in a row with enchanted memories their services are amazing they go Above and beyond to make sure my party is everything and more. They are awesome !!! And if you looking for some fun exciting decoration they are the one to book.

Do NOT ever do business with these people unless you like businesses jerking you around over a 7 year old child’s birthday. I should have known it was a bad idea when I walked into their messy disorganized office. It felt more like my job interview than a party planner and client. Lizette felt compelled to pull out of my child’s birthday party the day before the event over disagreement on $ 200 worth of balloons. She ranted on and on excessively about her accounting and cost, who does that? Instead the local Nothing Bundt Cake people handled it all… amazing service worth every penny.

Loved loved looooved my party décor! Lizette, you are amazing! Thank you so much for going above and beyond fory special day! Cant wait for the next one!!! ;)

We rented a bounce house/​slide combo for my son’s birthday party. They delivered it, set it up, and picked it up the next day. It was clean and worked perfectly.
