Forever 21 is a great place to shop the only big complaint I have is that I live here in the desert there Are 3 forever 21s in my area they just opened a new location in Westfield Palm desert was very excited to walk into the store until yup I saw the men’s section still sad to see that forever 21 caters more to a female crowd in other areas I find more but in my own I don’t find anything does forever 21 care about there male customers obviously not

Good service! I love seeing this young African American male which I don’t remember his name. Every time I go in, he introduces himself and shakes my hand he’s very friendly and the highlight of that store!!!

Got out of work late yesterday and rushed straight to mall to get my eyebrows threaded, then ran down to victoria secrets. Staff was kicking me out 10 min before closing, I was almost completly disappointed with my trip to the mall when on my way to the car i peaked my head into forever 21 it was 9:07 and Gregory and the entire staff warmly welcomed me into the store offering all the assistance I needed! Thanks so much! What a great staff! And great store!
