My fiancé finally found the ring he wanted at this store. Our first visit they were nice and helped us get the special order in. We were told 6 – 8 weeks and we were told we would be able to pick it up the Monday before we needed it. What follows is the reason for the lower score.
The Monday we were told it would be there we stopped by to pick it up and were told it wasnt there and they couldnt talk to anyone at ‘the home office’ til the next day. Needless to say we were not happy. We were told they would call us the next day and let us know what was going on. No call and we finally had to call them. The person we needed to talk to wasnt there and they would have her call back. Waited 2hrs still no call, we call back and she starts making excuses and complaining about the outside vendor that was making the ring. My fiancé was taken back by the unprofessional-​ism of this manager. Finally after some arguing we were told it would be overnighted and we could pick it up the next day. Mind you we needed the ring on Thur!!!
We finally got the ring the next day and couldnt believe the manager was still blaming and bad mouthing the vendor still.
My fiancé really likes his ring but the headache to get it was almost not worth it.

Thank you Kevin’s for replacing the diamond in my wife’s ring at no charge this time.

My husband and I were at the mall killing some time and stopped in to look at the jewelry. The sales clerk told my husband that my ring was a fake. Boy was she surprised. I told her test it. Obviously she doesn’t know a real diamond when she sees one. And she’ll never see one like mine again. Won’t stop in there again.

What a shame. I was in the mall with a friend and stopped by the store in the Palm Desert Mall. I fell in love with a lovely diamond cross in the front display case.
There were THREE sales associates in the store, talking amongst themselves. Not one of them acknowledge me. I walked away and was about 20 feet from the store when one of the ladies finally asked «can I help you?». I tossed «too late» over my shoulder. Too bad. I really wanted that piece of jewelry.
