I wanted to try the Cryotherapy for my chronic pain. I have to say that it was really cold (but it was over really quick) my body felt rejuvenated afterwards! I did the sauna first, had the best massage from Susan next then we did the cryotherapy last. I need to work on my schedule to get in as many sessions as I can to get the full effect of what the Cryotherapy does for the body. I need more massages from Susan too! I plan on telling my friends about this great… and friendly place! I didn’t want to leave! Thank you Susan for a great first experience… I’ll be back soon!

I have had Parkinson’s Disease for at least 5 years when I was finally diagnoised. I heard about the «Cryo-​Therapy» program that Kinetix was offering, so I spoke to my doctor and he said that it sounded as if there could be some benefit for me. Let me tell you it has been way more than some benefit. I feel like a new person. My fatigue has decreased dramatically, my energy level is way up, my mobility in my hands has improved, I am sleeping better and my depression is almost non– existent! I am so lucky to have found this fabulous «little jewel» in our dessert. The staff is wonderful and I could not be more thrilled.

As an out-​of-​town visitor, Susan, Mike and the staff were exceedingly accommodating! The facility is clean and setup for an amateur and professional, alike. We worked out and then enjoyed massages. I’d recommend this facility highly.

What I love about this place is that they have everything. Any & every physical activity is covered, with staff that specialize in just about everything. From physical therapy, to training & endurance. There is something for all ages, which Is great for my son who wants to enhance his baseball skills & agility. The staff is great & the owners make you feel like your their biggest client.

Very clean, professional, cutting-​edge place! It’s owned by a couple. Their lifelong passion for fitness, healthy living, and delivering the very best service is evident every moment you are there.
I’ve had massages here from Susan. «Massage» is really an understatement. She does amazing bodywork. Her understanding of anatomy and her ability to get muscles to release puts Kinetix in a class by itself. (I’ve also heard great things about Kim, the wellness and personal trainer; and Sachi, the other bodyworker.)
If you enjoy massage, I HIGHLY recommend you try this place — it will give you a whole new appreciation of what real massage can do for your body. They also have a very clean, well organized fitness space for the personal trainers. A great place to lift your life up to a new level!

Kinetix Health & performance just had an incredible GRAND OPENING Ribbon Cutting Event last week! Susan and Michael have done an amazing job creating this «state of the art» facility! You will not find any other facility quite like this one!!! They have so much to offer, Personal Training, Massage, Yoga, Facials, Vertimax, Sports Conditioning, Prenatal Yoga, and have you heard about Cryotherapy? This is so cool, you go into this very comfortable cyclinder like chamber and your operator is right there with you talking you through it the entire time, it is only 2 ½ minutes to 3 minutes long. It is amazing and WOW! Do I feel great and energized! Dr. Oz included this state of the art therapy in one of his shows. Cryotherapy is the NEW Therapy!!! You should try it!
