I Needed an inspection in a jam. Sam came as scheduled if not a few mins early. He was very friendly and helpful answering any questions. He was very thorough in his inspection. Best of all he provides all the make, model and years of all appliances in his inspection reports. I haven’t seen that done before. He also captures all the concerns with photos in the report. He literally emailed me the report the same day. I would be happy to use Sam again or recommend him. Also he is affordable and reliable a Solid professional!

Sam has a lot of great reviews, not only here, but from my realtor and others. So… I’ll add one more to the list. He recently performed a home inspection on an older home I’m planning to buy. He took his time and really combed over that property and checked every little thing. He also brings a lifetime of local and industry experience to the table which can be really important in catching problems before they happen. His report was thorough, easy to understand, very useful, and was delivered promptly. Bottom line… you can’t go wrong with this guy!

He emailed me a quote quickly after I sent him a message, he worked around my work schedule, and he sent me a detailed report (with photos) the evening that he performed the inspection. Sam did a great job looking over my house. He took pictures if all the problems and sent me an outstanding report when finished. The house was a bit farther then what he normally does, but he went out of his way to do it. I was having a hard time finding someone and Sam stepped up and did this for us. Sam is the person to call if you need your home inspected.

I just bought a home in Palm Springs and my realtor suggested Sam and I will be forever greatful. You never know what
going to get and especially if they actually know what to look for. Well Sam definitely did. I followed him every minute of the inspection and he explained in detail what he was looking for, what, if any, problems there were. When he completed his inspection I knew I could really trust his findings. His report was very thorough and his explanations were very easy to understand. When I had any questions he answered the emails very quickly. He was so helpful and made my purchase that much more exciting. I would recommend Sam to anyone.
