We purchased a Kenmore Elite washer and dryer in Feb 2015. Last night(06/14/2015) a problem with the washer arose. I looked up the error code and it said it was a «control error» and suggested unplugging the washer, waiting 60 seconds and then plug it back in. I did this twice and it didn’t help. Of course the washer was full of clothes and soapy water. I called the repair line and was told by «Anthony»(if that’s his real name. He had an accent and it was difficult at times to understand what he was saying.) The soonest they could get anyone out would be the 23rd. Over a week out. I told him that was rediculous and not good customer service. He said he would have«routing» call me to try to get something sooner. I asked when and was told withing the next 24 – 48 hours. So now I’m sitting here waiting for a call from«routing». Lousy customer service if you ask me!
