They are complete professionals. Starting with making the appointment (email and text confirmations), to being prompt, and of course, the carpets look great. I have used them in the past and will continue to use this company for all my carpet cleaning. Thank You ServiceMaster.

I picked ServiceMaster because of all the good reviews on Unilocal and I’m glad I did. Steve, the owner, came out right on time, super friendly, carpets came out great, didn’t try to sell me extras like Stanley Steemer always does. I will definitely use them again for my home as well as my rental homes.

ServiceMaster of the Desert cleaned our carpets yesterday. Beautiful job, nice and hardworking crew. Our carpets look brand new. In the past ServiceMaster has also resealed our slate flooring and cleaned 2 chairs. They always show up on time, charge reasonable rates, and do great work.

Richard and Josh did a great job with cleaning windows and carpets at a reasonable price. They were also very friendly. I will continue using ServiceMaster as needed.

I was in a panic this morning because my general contractor had just finished my new floors. The movers come tomorrow. I had booked the flooring company to clean the garage floors as well as the house but due to some snafu the GC could only clean the garage. The floors were filthy and full of spots and we were tracking the construction dust everywhere!
I had ServiceMaster out yesterday to clean the windows and they did a beautiful job so I called and spoke to Steve Reiter, the owner of ServiceMaster. I told him my predicament and he agreed to come over in an hour. He and his crew spent many hours cleaning my new tile and wood floors. Then they buffed everything. The floors look fabulous! Thank you so much Steve for coming on such short notice and for being so very customer-​friendly.

Did an amazing job on my windows, carpet and tile… all of them look brand new.

Steve and crew did an OUTSTANDING job on both my carpets and grout. They are both professional and courteous in their approach to the job. I was lucky to meet Steve of Steve and Leslie/​Servicemaster of the Desert last summer.
I work for a gentleman in PGA West and he used them last summer on the white carpets and did a fabulous job. I take care of the house and the marble floors had lost their shine. When Steve was out to clean the carpets I asked him about the marble floors and he said he would put the shine back on them not to worry. The next week he came out and when he was finished he told me that HE wasn’t happy with the work and that he would have to order a different pad but would be back the following week. He must have apologized a dozen times, I said that I appreciated him wanting to make sure he did the job right.
He came out the following week and WOW what an incredible shine he put on the floor!!! I highly recommend Steve and Leslie/​Servicemaster of the Desert for all your flooring/​carpet needs.
