I love Servpro of Palm Desert. My mother in law’s carpets were in need of a good cleaning due to having a handicapped senior living in her house. Servpro came in and made her carpets look just like new. We were very pleased with the customer service and the friendly staff from the initial phone call all the way through to the men who came to complete the job. I will always use Servpro of Palm Desert in the future!

Truly disappointed in the ethics and morals of this company, call some other company and save yourself further grief. They take advantage of a mis-​fortunate situation and over charges you or the insurance company.

Awful! Neal, the owner, treats people like you are the enemy. He calls when he feels like it two days late and on a cell phone that hides his number. You are not allowed to call him. He does not smile or wish to shake hands. He expects you will not be back and he charges accordingly.
This company denies they did not carefully remove cabinets, steal jewelry, leave a granite counter poorly unsupported until it fell and broke. They blame every one else.
They asked permission to move a car left in our garage before the flood. They needed room in the garage for storage. We agreed and they proceeded to pack the car keys in some box they had difficulty finding. The boxes they packed were not in logical order, though Neal claimed they were. Of course Neal was not there when he made his defense. Neal had a defense to everything: everything was someone else’s fault.
If I had a neighbor with a flooded house who asked me if I can recommend Serv Pro of Palm Desert I would emphatically tell them «NO!» The business model of this company is that they will never see you again so who cares? They are used to dealing with insurance companies who negotiate their bills. They make it up on the uninsured victims of floods. It is not bad enough to feel like a victim when your house floods from a storm, but then I felt like a victim again with Serv Pro of Palm Desert, and I paid a high amount for that feeling.
Since 17 homes in my community were flooded I can say that none of us had a good business relationship with the various companies who worked on flood remediation. It is an odd business they are in. One would be better served by finding an all-​purpose contractor who can do it all. The companies that hold them selves out as specialists seem to specialize in taking advantage of their superior position when you are most vulnerable.

Servpro of Palm Desert is a great company to work with. They have helped my family for years with all of our cleaning needs. The owners and the employees have become my friends. They are my go to company, with any spot or emergency clean up needs I have, I highly recommend Servpro of Palm Desert. Their prices are fair and the quality of the work is superior!

Servpro of Palm Desert did a fantastic job for us! We had severe/​extensive water damage and they did a great job of cleaning up the water, drying out the walls and carpet. Our insurance company had no complaints whatsoever; we will not hesitate on calling them again if necessary.

I have used them in the past to clean my carpets and thought that they were over priced. I called them this year and the cost went up 30%. I decided not to use them and found a local carpet cleaner who did a fantastic job for one third of the price that Servpro wanted. Use this company only if you do not mind being over charged.
