Just took my Hunter Douglas blinds in for repair after first having gone to the location where I bought them. They told me that Shades Above was the authorized repair center and that I should just go directly to them to save time so I did. They were very accommodating, repairing it within 24 hours as I was leaving town. And they also placed an order for some parts that I needed too. This was my second time I have gone to Shades Above for repair and both times, they have been great. I really appreciate their assistance and will look to use them the next time I need window coverings.
