This review is long overdue! When living in the Bay Area, we purchased our second home in Cathedral City. After reading so many online horror stories of what could happen to homes that sit empty for extended periods of time, we knew we had to find some sort of home watch service. After contacting a few local businesses in the area, I was told that (a) we lived too far away for them to make the trip or (b) we were their first client (ever). When talking to Sun Chasers Home Watch, Dean was very approachable, professional and was ready to take on our home right away.
He has been a lifesaver in the year prior to us moving to the area full time. Aside from his weekly visits and detailed reporting (available immediately online, bonus!), he intervened and assisted us on many occasions including receiving last minute deliveries, representing us for home repairs, and much more. We could not have been able to make this transition to the valley so smoothly without the services of Sun Chasers Home Watch!
