My girlfriends and I came to Ten Dimensions for a fun bachelorette party activity and we had a blast! I was a little nervous going into it because I have zero rhythm and absolutely no swagger, but the ladies here made it so fun and gave us a lot of individualized help and pointers. Do yourself a favor and go check them out!

Amazing! Ladies!.. and gents!- ten dimensions is truly a desert rose! Looking for a fun, sexy, and exciting work out? This is the place. Everything from street tease, to pole dancing, to chair routines! My friends and I had the time of our lives, learned some fun new tricks and got a work out! The ladies here are top notch!

Highly recommend! This evening I took pole workout and flexibility. The owner is very helpful and sweet. Pole is a workout and art for both men and women and even the younger generation! So happy to find a pole studio in the palm springs area. Bring a mat to flexibility. You may also want to consider knee pads
