Here is an update from my review of 12/28/13…The guys here were right! My decorator and contractor screwed up. The fireplace was not what they said and in the end the fellows at The Fire Place were RIGHT!!!
But, having said that. their communication skills and customer service left me high and dry… if only they had been willing to come to the house … look at the product installed and then give me a report, I would have likely hired them to replace the current box that was sub standard and not what we wanted.
So, they may know what they are doing but what matter is that if they can’t explain it properly or identify a serious potential client.
Best wishes to them and if I were starting from scratch I would give them a try for sure.
