This place wanted to charge me $ 10.00 to make a key for the lock I snapped a picture of below. I can buy a new lock with keys for $ 5.00 new.

this place has excellent customer service-​they work very hard to make sure the customer is happy –they are top notch. i had several keys –and unique items and they can do anything – the guy with the ponytail – not sure if he is the owner – but he is awesome. he is funny and charming – but super smart and will make sure you are happy – only place to go here in the desert — great to see the level of service.

They had a tech at
my tenants door within 15 minutes, they fixed the lock for their flat call out fee not charging for the clip they had to replace, great customer service.

Absolutely Great Service ! Keys made while you wait. I’ve been here many times, just never had the time to write a review. Stopped there today, to get keys made for our New entrance door.
I needed something personal also.
coming from Detroit, Michigan, to Palm Springs, I had some VERY EXPENSIVE JEWERLY, «STOLEN» from TSA.
YES I KNOW IT WAS TSA !!! But there is NO WAY TO PROVE IT !
So with Steve’s help I just bought a small chain and two locks with keys. This way I can lock up my medications and what I have left of my jewelry. Attach it to my purse. I’ll open it if they want me too. But I will be standing right there.

This morning I stupidly grabbed the wrong keys to run out to the mail box and locked myself out of my office. I was able to use a neighbors phone and call Sandy at the lock shop. She had a tech here in minutes and I was back at work within 30 minutes!!! They are the best!!!

The Best Service, and every single key works perfectly. Our business has used this Lock Shop since 1984 for rekeying stations, doors, and new locations… Always perfect service and dependability.

Good ol’ boys that can do just about anything you need. Reasonable walk in prices and rock and roll on the radio. They’ll come to you too with a truck full of options for ya. Make them your first call.

Called to discuss options for repair and person on the phone was very helpful and set up appointment for service. Service rep showed up within time schedule giving but was not the most pleasant to deal with. Kind of had the feeling he didn’t want to be here and my questions seem to be a bother for him to answer. I decided I would just ignore his attitude and go back into house to have him finish the job and move on. After about half an hour I went out to see how far along he was on the job and offer a bottle of water which he accepted. He asked if he could use my restroom and said he could and showed him to the closest bathroom. To my amazement he seemed to be in there for every and when he finally came out, this horrible smell started traveling throughout the house. I think my dogs were even disgusted! Not the kind of experience I was expecting for a lock change!

If it has a lock, they can fix it.

Great customer service, the guys made some perfectly cut keys and helped me out with the broken lock on my gas tank.

I have used this shop over and over in my business. Just called them out again on Monday 4÷13÷14 to change locks on one of the buildings we manage. As usual very prompt service. The locksmith came fully prepared with all the tools and materials needed to complete the job. Technician was geat! Had a sense of humor and very quick to get the job done!
Have talked with girls in office as well. Very efficient and always remember me.

I had a broken key and they made me a new one in about 30 seconds and it cost $ 2… awesome place :)
