We purchased patio furniture from the Patio Place about 12 years ago. We just bought a new home so took a trip back to this store. I must say that the staff especially our sales person Peter was very professional and we could not be happier with how beautiful our outdoor entertainment area looks. Peter made many trips to our home to measure and make sure all of our concerns and ideas were taken care of. Great selections to choose from and very fair prices. I will continue to recommend the Patio Place !

Horrendous customer service. I tried for five days to order replacement pads for our patio set purchased there years ago. They could not find invoice. They did not call me back. I was asked to come in with pictures. I came in. They sent to company and did not follow through with company. I called and told them I was upset… and they said«Mam it has only been two days…”(while it had been five days …) and then slammed phone down on me. Needless to say I will order elsewhere…

Spent over 10 grand here and was unhappy with a table. They were so kind to offer me half of the value towards another table. It really left a bad taste in my mouth. The sales person pushed this table that it would be the correct size and more blah blah blah. Stay away from these people. They do not get the concept of making a customer happy. Best to order from the Frontgate catalog that has great quality for less. I learned a hard lesson with these thieves

We have purchased many pieces of Mallen patio furniture from this store. They were great when we were buying. However, we took a piece in to have an reupholstery estimate. We decided to wait until after the holidays to move forward with that. They assured us(twice) that we could pick up the piece yesterday. We show up and it’s not there. The employee who was«helping us» was rude and displayed one of the most stunning examples I’ve ever seen of horrible customer service. He told us we could just come back later. We asked if they could just deliver the pad to our house and his response was .we are just not going to do that. The measure of customer service, in my opinion, is what you do next when there is a problem. This employee caused this business to lose a return customer and it was clear he could care less. We were looking for solutions but all we got was an ignorant man with no solutions. We will not give this business one penny more. We are in a position to recommend this business to other people. Most assuredly that will never happen.
