We had an EXCELLENT experience with Vertical Visions. Professional, timely, very nice people to work with. And, we love the product. Well made and installed. We would highly recommend this company. Everything worked like clockwork. The electrician to prep the walls (we had solar shades installed), the painters to patch and repair and the installers who put up the blinds.
It’s so nice when vendors are a delight to work with!

We just had our whole house done by Vertical Visions. The blinds turned out beautifully and they gave us great advice on what types and styles would work best for us. They even did our draperies and decorative panels which were perfect and installed in a professional manner. I would highly suggest this company for anyone, no matter the type of job. We even used them for our business office.

My wife and I bought a condo in Palm Springs in January 2013. Since then we have been busy with a major renovation. Most of the work was coordinated by our general contractor (Premier Construction). But, now that we are past the construction and into the decorating mode we are more or less on our own. Our first decorating necessity was window coverings. Fortunately, a friend recommended Vertical Visions. We called them and the owner, Mark, and his son Brad came out the same day. I explained that we were leaving in one week. They loaned us his entire sample book to study all of the colors and fabrics. We made a decision last week and the shades were installed this week. The entire process was relaxed, simple and at a fair price. Most important, the finished installation is PERFECT. The installer, Sean, was courteous and highly skilled. 5 STARS for this business.

The company is a long established local, family run, father-​son business that provided us with a variety of options and delivered and installed our window selections in a timely manner all at a price that blew the competition out of the water. Vertical Visions comes with our highest recommendation.

I just referred Vertical Visions to one of my neighbors and they couldn’t stop talking about them. Vertical Visions made their home go from boring to designer with just one purchase! Their prices were the lowest of the bids and the quality is top notch. Definitely the kind of company that I don’t regret recommending, unlike many of the flaky people in this desert.

I am very pleased with the service and quality shade I received from Mark Magsam and his son. I could tell that they really care about what they’re doing. I bought one window covering for my master bedroom. Mark had a variety of colors and shades to choose from. I found him very knowledgeable and professional. It was on time and just what I had expected. I recommend vertical visions when I can.

This is just an update. Mark Magsam told me that it will cost $ 25 plus shipping to have our 2 year old shade repaired — and keep in mind, this is the second repair we’ve needed on one of these shades. I did a little online research and discovered that our Alta shades are warrantied for 5 years against failure to operate properly. I just called them directly, gave them some info and they are paying UPS to pick up the shade, they will fix it, and pay for UPS to return it to me, probably in less than 8 business days. Sure beats having to deal with Mr. Magsam taking my shade for 4 weeks… and trying to charge us $ 25 plus shipping? What a thief!
