Wow wish I would have read the reviews from Unilocal before I ordered today. This location is so unprofessional and rude. They woman I spoke with actually hung up on me. They wanted to know about road closures? I don’t know I’m in California. Route your map and see if there are any. What can I do from over here? To top it off she got her revenge because she called my mom(who the surprise was for) and left her a message. Go with your gut and DONOTORDERFROMHERE. I agree with going to and supporting your local mom and pop shops. Where they appreciate your business. **update** I cancelled my order and as you can see the individual below is indirectly calling me a liar but I would suggest you read your reviews below mine. It seems to be a pattern. Unprofessional, unorganized and from the picture I seen. a rip off!

Ordered from this store today(days in advance) and the order was never delivered, I was not notified at any point. Spoke to customer service 7 times through out the day with zero help from them, offered no solutions and were if anything, apathetic. I was offered no solution and will be waiting until tomorrow morning to hopefully get some answers. This is my first and last time using this business. Sick to ma & pa businesses.

Do NOT order from this store if you can help it. First there was a mix up with the delivery of the arrangement I ordered. The recipients had to file a complaint on that issue, which was extremely disappointing since they were already dealing with a death in the family. THEN, when I saw pictures of the over $ 100 arrangement I had sent I was beyond angry. Check out picture below. It looked nothing like the picture online(I ordered the exact same size as the picture online). Personally, I think corporate should help me out with my problem since their website sends me to this store for my delivery address. Instead I’m being sent back to the store. Have I received a call yet??? Nope. Waiting one more day and calling the 800 number back. This store is representing their brand and they should be fixing this! Can’t believe all the horrible reviews… but how are you supposed to order from a different store when their website directs you there. Will update when I have a resolution…

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered! Didn’t make delivery on the day promised because they claimed no one was home. Not the case. Said left tag on the door… Not the case. With all the options out there for home delivery this should not even be considered1

If you enjoy speaking with frustrating, incompetent customer service reps when your order has an issue, and it will, order from them. I spoke with both national customer service and with someone who finally answered the phone at the store. Here’s one example: The person, whom answered at the store, never identified themselves, but said my arrangement, would be «one of the first to be delivered this morning». NEVERASKEDWHOITWASFOR. I said«they’d like to pick it up» He said, «Oh yeah that would be fine» NEVERASKEDWHOITWASFOR. I said«anytime this morning okay» He said«anytime» I said” do you think you should check the order?“ He said«Oh yeah, hold on» I NEVERGAVEHIMANYTHINGTOIDENTIFYTHEORDER. He came back to the phone and says«ahhhhh Dude, it’s already out on the truck out for delivery» …Dude? Really? Calling a customer DUDE? I’m not a dude nor do I sound like a dude. Seven phone calls about this order. If you have the time and the energy, by all means order from them and enjoy! If not CALLANOTHERSTOREDIRECTLY FEB13– The order was never put on the truck for delivery! I called back(phone call # 8) at 12:30 and was told the order was at the store for pick up as I had requested from their national customer service… sent my father to pick it up. He reported that the store is run by some nice but very young people. It took 15 minutes for them to find the order. FEB15 — I’ve got an update! They forgot part of the order. Called this morning and explained that the order was missing an add on of fruit. No apology and nothing offered except a refund for the add on item. Let’s see if it’s actually credited. Lovely way to run a business and keep customers happy. By the way this was phone call #9 about this order. As I mentioned if you have lots of time on your hands and love to talk on the phone by all means place an order with this store.

These people shouldn’t be in business! A friend send me an arrangement and it was delivered to my home in Florida and left on my Doorstep at Noon … I didn’t get home until 5:30 that night. Unpeeled/cut fruit shouldn’t be left at room temperature for more than 2 hours … instead, it was left in 85 degree heat for 7 hours. I got sick from eating a couple of bites. I assumed it must have been left within the last few minutes … no one would be stupid enough to leave fruit in the middle of the day, with a temperature of 85 degrees. I guess I was wrong, some people are that stupid. The could have called me and I would have picked it up, but they didn’t. They could have left it with my neighbor, but they didn’t follow their own procedures. DONOTWASTEYOURMONEYWITHTHISBUSINESS !

Did not deliver on the day they were supposed to, and no note was left nor was the arrangement left with a neighbor — as the company website says is their procedure. When it arrived the next day, some of the fruits were moldy. Spoke with customer service a couple times, but there was nothing they could do for me.
