Ian from Elite did an excellent job at removing a virus from my laptop. He came to my house, within 90 minutes, after I called on a Sunday morning. it’s rare to find that quality of customer service! Ian worked diligently, patiently, and explained what he was doing during the repair. After the successful repair, he then installed the virus protection programs he uses. I couldn’t be more pleased with his service, his knowledge, and his prices. Thanks, Ian!

Ian/ELITE is the best. Ian recently diagnosed and fixed 2 of my computers which are now in excellent operating condition. The turn-a-round was within hours and the costs of repair was absolutely reasonable! Elite computer services are the best. They are honest, reliable and very reasonably priced… I was desperate to get my laptop fixed on a Friday evening and out of all the calls I made Ian (the owner) was the only one who returned my call and fixed my laptop within an hour! I will use Elite again and recommend them to anyone who is looking for that one reliable IT guy.
