My husband and I have both had issues with several pairs of glasses over the years from this place. Constantly breaking, lenses put in wrong etc. We have not been here in years. Thought we would give it another try. Three employees, not one looked up to say hello, can I help you, or goodbye as we walked out. We noticed none of the employees acknowledged the other couple that walked in also. Poor customer service or I should say, NO customer service provided. We left and went somewhere else to make our eyeglass purchase.

Ben, the gentleman who helped me get my new glasses is unique in customer service — HE ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS!
Friendly, knowledgable, courteous, and most of all, a rank professional.
This is the place to go for exemplary customer service, and a company that does things right.
I called their main office to commend Ben, and was happy to speak with two great members of their staff, Marcello and Jorge who were instrumental in helping me resolve a minor issue.
I have dealt with many optical stores in the past, but will certainly be back to FOR EYES again and again.

Jim was very efficient, patient and helped me choose just the right frames to match my hair color and facial structure. They had an ample supply of the price range within the Humana Gold Plus plan and I walked out of the store having only paid $ 18.00 for single vision glasses with 100% UV Scratch Resistant lenses. Marvelous!
