I have been a customer since 2009. This has completely changed my shaving routine to essentially non existent. For me, I had the the perfect hair coloring for the removal to be effective. I mainly only shave once a month if that. I used to shave in the morning and by the evening I was bristly again. It drove me crazy! Now I always have smooth legs, armpits and bikini area. I love that I don’t have to shave all the time and get that annoying and painful razor burn that we are all too familiar with. For me this was completely worth it. My shower time has been cut in half as well. I don’t even think about shaving anymore, it is a non issue and I love that! I highly recommend this procedure for those who are annoyed by their coarse black hair.

Office is nice and clean, employees are professional. I went for a consultation and this is what I was quoted:
$ 9,702 for both lower legs
$ 7,497 for lower arms
$ 7,497 for entire bikini area.
Total=$ 25,696 They had a 50% discount offer for December so the total after that was 12,848 final price. I was then offered a 10% discount if I committed to the services that day which left me with a price of $ 11,563. I was also told I would need 8 treatments (Yes I’m hairy but not amazon hairy).
I decided to do some comparison shopping, I was then told that I wouldn’t find another place that is as good as Ideal Image, and that other places that do laser hair removal are mostly scams and don’t know what they are doing (which I know is not true). I called some other laser treatment places and when I told them about my price of $ 11,563, they said that is much, much more than what they charge, but they can do so because people are willing to go to ideal image and pay their prices. I will do some comparison shopping before I make my decision.

incredibly bad customer service at the palm harbor, fl location. just moved down here from ohio, where the customer service was great, and have received zero customer service from this location. i had my files sent down from ohio and was told i would receive a call to schedule my next session when they received the files. i never received a call and had to contact them to see if they received the files and schedule my session. supposedly they left a voicemail confirming my appointment, but i never received any voicemail. the palm harbor location seriously needs to work on their customer service!

After second visit I’ve noticed a big difference. Started with three areas and 2 on my face! Embarrassing, but not anymore. I love it an the staff has been amazing! Worth the money I spent…

Best money I ever spent on myself! Everyone there is nice and understanding. There were a few times I was running 5 minutes late on the last apt and I would call yo warn them I would be there as soon as I could. It was storming most of the time. Staff is nice and great. Times are convenient. Everything is clean and organized. Private bathroom is so beautiful with wall decorations and products. I recommend to all my friends.
