I spent over 350 dollars a month on coffee. Month after month they would park me, I’d wait for fresh coffee because $ 350 a month later is worth it. I’d often been forgotten. When they gave me old coffee I’d return it. The staff were polite young adults, the manager on the other hand refused to make my coffee. Calling me names he went on to band me from the place not after wearing four cups of coffee. I haven’t been back in almost three months costing them $ 1050.00 I know… Call me crazy I drink to much coffee but I have a seizure disorder and it seems to help. Even if I wasn’t band I would never go back after the way the manager talked to me.

The building and insides are like any others but the help is so inept! They cant handle basics of getting orders right. To the right is a trash bin and I watched order after order get dumped in there as lines got longer and longer. Both people in front of me had theirs dumped. Then mine too was wrong. I gave a coupon for buy one get one FREE breakfast platter. She rings up some kind of sandwich. The order sits and sits and sits, and nobody calls for the owner. After a long long wait and other customers asking what I was waiting for as I was there so long I said I fear that might be mine but thats not what I ordered. The order taker wore a shirt EB Manager. Woo Hoo! A gal in blue shirt comes and asks what I ordered. I said 2 breakfast platters, and the lady at register holds a coupon that says so too! She says no… thats not what I ordered. I said look at the coupon. She goes to the trash and cant find it. So the blue shirt gets it right, thank you. Such a shame to see all this food trashed due to basic carelessness or lack of basic skills. Especially with all these hungry people around here. Maybe store Manager Joy Barquin will read this and try to get it right!
