I think Vincent W and I were in the same area. It took us 50 minutes before talking to the manager about how we had not gotten are nachos(which were good once we got them) It took another 15 minutes to get them. The Sink or swim for 15 wasn’t really worth it since we rarely saw our server. We had another issue when one of our party did not get his food. They brought everything out and said«anything else we can get you?» we waited for a second like«you’re kidding right?» after another 15 minutes he got his burger. I think they had to have one server per side of the house, because our server wasn’t anywhere to be seen for long stints of the evening. In all fairness it was packed every seat filled, and people standing everywhere. We got there right before the fights and were able to get a table quickly though. The decision to go here was only made moments before arriving because Wing House was too packed already. Having said that, we resolved to give them another try. I decided to not review until after their second chance. It was not an isolated incident. This time we went on a sunday night, It was dead. Their was no greeting. The hostess podium was vacant and the bartender, who did not appear to be busy, didn’t even acknowledge us. Not a «someone will be right with you» or anything. For a couple of minutes we stood their wondering if we should seat ourselves or wait. All this while I notice the manager I spoke to during the UFC night was holding a Pool Cue and talking in the corner of the bar area. Once we were seated, service appeared to be ok. We got our appetizers and food in a timely manner. Drinks are another story. I drink fast, so I generally need a lot of refills. We were in the restaurant for a couple of hours, as this was a family gathering, and I had exactly one refill. The server was, again, rarely around. We had a promotion card and we using the«first visit 50% off total bill» When the check came we noticed it was not 50% off. The card did say it did not include drinks, but Fishtail Willies said the same thing, but they said it applied to alcohol drinks. After looking at the math, accounting for tax for the original amount, an 18% gratuity and mine and my wifes’ sodas it was still off by a dollar. It’s not really about the dollar really. Greeting? No Good Service? No Good Food? Yes Bill Correct? No What reason do I have to go back? I can’t think of any. I will definitely be trying other sports bars for the next UFC event I attend.

Came here with friends to watch UFC. The menu is a mix of American and latin dishes. We ordered the nachos, and alligator bites as appetizers. I thought both were pretty good apps. It was my first alligator and I thought it tasted great, might want to lay off on the sauce though. The sauce is some type spicy sauce, which is great, but it seem to overpower the taste of the gator. The nachos was big enough to share among us. For entrees, we ordered buffalo wings, Margherita(flat bread pizza with basil, tomatoes and mozzarella), buffalo chicken hoagie and angus burger(my dish). I didn’t get a taste of the hoagie or the pizza simply because I was full on the apps. and half of my burger. Based on what I got to taste, the food is not bad at all. Service was a different story though. We came for UFC so the place was packed with people and our waiter was overwhelmed. I don’t think it’s the waiter’s fault because it seemed like management assigned one waiter per room, and our room seems to hold 50 – 60 people. It took a long while just to get our first appetizer and get our drinks refill. We were there about 9:30 to 12:30, I think our entrée came out around the 11:40ish mark. I probably give the food 3 ½ stars and management a 2 ½ stars.
