awesome pizza and also meatballs. I love that the owner is always there being a part of the action. I’ve been a customer for 15+ years

My wife and I used to go to the original San’s that was located in the Brooker Creek shopping plaza in the 1990’s. It was our go to place for pizza and standard Italian fare. Well we moved in 2000 and found some local places that we would go to for our Italian fix. A few days ago we decided to give San’s a try again as we ordered some take out and we were not disappointed. We ordered a large(18″) pizza with onions and pepperoni and it was a slice of NY pizza heaven and this comes from a former NYer! Large pieces, nice, light and crispy crust, tasty sauce and cheese and a good amount of onions and pepperoni. We also ordered their chicken wings and although they don’t offer a medium hot sauce the mild had a nice amount of heat and flavor. The wings were meaty and juicy and nicely sauced. My wife chatted with the owner as she remembered him from way back when we lived in the area. He was very cordial and told her they even deliver to our area in Trinity. Thanks San’s for the excellent food and for bringing back great memories of what a pizza should be. We will be back!

Hey, take it from a New York guy whose favorite food is pizza — this is the place. Thin, crispy made with the best of ingredients. Atmosphere 75 The down side Service 80 Cordial and polite Food 95 Worth the visit ! Value 95 Considering the quality of the food !!! I’ve searched around for the better part of 6 years and finally I found a pizzeria I can say«just like home».

Family run, and busy the day before Thanksgiving, this is truly REALLY good pizza. They clearly have their regulars and it’s kinda cool to hear them address them by name. You know they care. We ordered a dozen garlic knots and a large San’s Specialty. The knots were good but could have used more garlic butter. But the sauce was delicious(To me. Mom thought it was too bitter.) The pizza was huge and loaded with toppings. But since we’d had 3 knots each(Yes I took home half a dozen) we could only eat 1 slice each! The service was impeccable. I will come back again!

Sans is our go to for delicious delivery pizza. We hate chains and are very lucky we found this place! We aren’t very close to them but they are always willing to bring us food! I love their cheese and always add fresh basil. The pizza is New York style thin crust. We order it extra crispy! They also have great wings!

Sans is a great local pizza place for good quality pizza. It does not pretend to be some fancy dining establishment. Nice family owned business that remind me of my younger days.

Love Sans for a fantastic local pizzeria. San is the Chef, owner and makes all his doughs and sauces in house, except for the gluten free crust. Aside from the pizzas, calzones, and stromboli, he makes great wings. Nice size as well. When dining in, he usually makes a point to greet his guests. His pasta dishes are awesome stuffed shells and ravioli, to lasagna, sausage and peppers to my favorites, the veal and chicken parmesan. The entrees come with side salad and the yummy garlic knots. Hmmm, I think I know what I’m having for dinner!

The pizza was flavorless. The Greek salad was pitiful. Bummed bc we wanted to like it.

There’s no better pizza around, especially their gluten-free pizza. It’s fantastic! Family-owned and operated. The staff gets high marks for outstanding customer service. Love this place and am a regular.

Quick summary: Good pizza, wierd location and friendly staff. Sans is located next to a gas station so if having a scenic view is something you are looking for, keep on driving. The pizza is very tasty and seemed very fresh to me. We actually walked in as a party of about 15 people and they were able to handle things without any issues and turn out some quality food. They have a lot more to offer than pizza as well. They have things ranging from chicken fingers to salads to choose from. I gave this place 3 stars because I felt the pizza was good but not great. I didn’t walk out knowing that I would have to be back again.

Amazing margarita pizza! I’m from New Jersey and this comes pretty darn close, especially for Florida pizza. For Florida — five stars!

The dough they use is fantastic! Awesome crust. Unfortunately, the sauce is too sweet and the cheese lacks flavor.

Sans is the best pizza around! Delicious and tender crust, perfectly seasoned sauce with high quality cheese!!! Their buffalo wings are the closest I’ve found to true buffalo wings in Florida, always cooked perfectly! Thankfully they deliver to my home when I’m too lazy to fight the northbound traffic! Though I always enjoy dining in too, the staff is so friendly and always on their toes!!! I need to try some of their other dishes, they have an extensive menu, one of these days, though it would be difficult passing up the pizza!!!

Pizza is ok, better than most in Florida thats for sure. San’s a d*ck to his employees, i couldnt believe how he treated them. i stopped going just because of his lack of respect for his employees

Great crust but toppings were completed dumped in the middle, VERY skimpy and not spread around the pie; like some one was in a rush. If you are looking for NY style pizza you will be happy. It’s expensive for what you get.

Came here for quick pizza dinner with fam. I remember the other san’s location that used to be in the woodlands movie plaza, but hadn’t previously visited this original location. When we arrived around 6 pm on a saturday, the place was dead but they had plenty of staff on hand to serve us. We were in a rush so we quickly ordered a large garden salad with ranch and italian dressing and a «supreme» type pizza(they called it something else, but i dont remember the exact name). The salad was decent, a standard house garden salad. The italian dressing left something to be desired. The pizza came out next. It was good overall and definitely just a run of the mill pizza. Good amount of toppings, good crust, decent sauce flavor. The cook(maybe it was the owner, who knows?) came out to chat with us while we ate and it was nice to see that they care enough to check in on the meal with customers. All was good overall. Recommended for a nice local neighborhood pizza stop. Good alternative to the big chains.

I really appreciated the Great service and very friendly waitresses at this Family owned business. They have good prices and a good selection(food and drinks), but I would say this is just average pizza overall. Perhaps it’s some of the best in the area, but then again, Florida isn’t known for their pizza.

I was impressed by San’s pizzeria. It is by far the best thin crust pizza I have found since I moved to USA. Before San’s, I used to buy pizza at Vettures which just cross the street of San’s. Today, San’s gets my final vote. The difference lays on a thin line: the sauce! San, the owner and pizza master makes some darn good pizza sauce from scratch. Evenly spread on the hand tossed crust with abundant fresh ingredients toppings, a perfect piece of pizza was born in just 15 minutes. It is juicy but not soggy combined with hot crispy crust, San, You make my day! Price ranges are from $ 10 to $ 18 for premium pizzas size 10′ to 16′. Special pizza such as grandma Jane’s or Crispino are around 18 dollar plus extra topping. Pizza by the cut sells for 2 to 2.50. San also serve basic Italian dishes, Cheese Calzone, Stromboli, and Subs. The restaurant is not big but can hold about 30 people. It is clean and it smells great. I am glad I have found my perfect pizza. Support the local business.
