Was there for lunch, right about noon. Used a coupon to order their full-size Baja Chili salad, which is quite good. Comes with a little sour cream container, plus your choice of salad dressing and tiny tortilla chips in a tiny cellophane bag. Fills you well for hours. A small coke with that. One customer ahead of me when I walked in, then the kind cashier took my order in less than a minute. A gracious preparer brings it in another minute, super service. They continued busy for another hour while the radio played golden-oldies tunes. At The Shoppes at Boot Ranch, where the giant decorated concrete boot sits.

Pretty good food and good service most of the time. If you go closer to when they are closing, they will be out of items and can’t make more. That sucks a bit, but it happens. Also, items are not very fresh later at night, but what can you expect?
I really enjoy their food choices instead of the normal fast food options. They have a bunch of great salads and I really like their baked potatoes. Their chili is also a good option and it’s nice to have choices other than burger and fries when you need a quick meal.
