Brudvik Inc Rental Division

We recently had an electrical short in our home causing the lights and ceiling fans to go on/​off on their own. Our home warranty company assigned an out-​of-​area contractor who never did get here, after a week of wrangling about appointment times. We got the authorization to use any company we wished, and we found Brudvik. (BTW, the home warranty company is now putting Brudvik on their list of approved contractors!!). Brudvik responded to us immediately, came out yesterday and located the source of the problem and had it fixed in no time at all. A shorted wire in the J-​Box had burned and created a rather scary fire hazard for us. We can’t say enough about their professionalism, speedy response and knowledge. All this for $ 97.50, and our warranty company is reimbursing us!
