I have never had a problem with the office or the girls at the front desk! Dr. Anderson and Dr. Nelson are great. The waiting time is limited and Jose and Chandra are fantastic at making youfeel better and comfortable. Michael Clarke is a pleasure to see and you never have to wait.

Évaluation du lieu : 1 Palm Springs, CA
If there were less than one star, I would have chosen that rating. New patients beware! The person in charge of new patients, LeAnn, will treat you with disrespect, string you along for months, and then tell you there are no available appointments, anyway. I made the mistake of trying to transfer my medical records from my old doctor to a C. Edward Anderson as I was moving to Palm Springs. LeAnn and I had at least four phone calls. She didn’t even remember me the morning after I had a long conversation with her. When I asked about the status of my records, she said she had not received anything, yet my doctor said all records had been sent. She put me on hold for a very long time and said she was able to find them, after all. She didn’t even remember speaking with my doctor’s office. At least, that is her excuse. After providing everything a new doctor could possibly need to comply with exisiting laws, I was told«the demographics» were still missing. This is what LeAnn told my doctor’s assistant. What she really needed was my new address. The old doctor didn’t have it; I have it. Why not ask me? The run around was so lengthy, unprofessional and wasting of my time, I cannot even detail all of the problems. If you want to be treated with respect and kindness, may I suggest Roland Reinhart instead? His assistant, Sarah, was able to obtain all of the records she needed in less than one day! When I described the B.S. I was put through by Anderson’s office to folks around town, I’ve heard such comments as, «They don’t need the business; they are a pill factory with lots of addicts keeping them busy,» and«Anderson’s office treating patients rudely? Imagine that!» This is the reputation around town for C. Edward Anderson. Perhaps, he doesn’t need the business or maybe he doesn’t realize how LeAnn is killing his, but patients with these particular problems have major health crises when their medication is not taken regularly. Anderson’s office nearly put me into an emergency situation and I will never, ever forgive them for this. People’s lives are at stake here; this is not a game. I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor’s office. I’ve spoken with my lawyer, as I told LeAnn I would do, and will be pursuing every single option for filing against this office that is available to me within the law. Beware! This is the kind of medical operation you hear about later being hit with class action suits, and for good reason.
