HONEST, DILIGENT, LOYAL, TRUSTWORTHY… are just a few words to describe the kind of agent and person Cindy Romano is. You will not find a harder working agent in this industry who not only will take your call at 10pm at night, but who also will be working on the weekends to get your picture out there! I’ve known Cindy for over 10 years and the jobs just keep coming in! She is simply AMAZING! Cindy is truly one of the last few agents who will stand behind her talent and fight for fair rates and not try to undercut the price just to get the job. She’s absolutely fearless! That’s what I love so much about about Cindy! Not to mention her sweet demeanor and caring ways that are such a rarity in this business! And trust me, I speak from experience with having been represented by some of the top LA agents.
Cindy has never asked me or any of my friends to take pictures or do anything that would cost us money out of our own pocket. Those are things that you will find with LA agents, but definitely not Cindy. I can’t say enough great things about Cindy and how wonderful she is! It’s been a privilege to be with her agency and a blessing to be working at the level I am for all these years!

So this last review from BL is BS. Cindy works hard to get her talent work. I’ve been with Cindy for almost 3 years and I’ve been fortunate enough to have gotten quite a few great paying gigs. It is true that there is more work in LA, everyone with a brain knows that, but for this area, you won’t find a more legitimate agent than Cindy Romano.

Horrible, horrible, horrible! She talks you into doing pictures which you’ve heard never to pay for but because she claims to have so much business you believe her and give in. THEN after the photo shoot you never hear from her again! When you call to find out where all the business is she says I can send the photos out but I can’t make them select your child. It’s a scam at it’s best because you have no way to prove it. Drive into L.A. and find a reputable talent agent.
