My experience with Dr. Congress and his office has been excellent. i have had several office visits and an endoscopy. Recently he actually called me after hours to discuss my situation, and we spoke at length, with no bill for the call ever forthcoming.

Had a colonoscopy with Dr. Congress and it was the best experience I’ve had. He and his staff went out of their way to make the procedure pain less and worry free. His office even called a few days later to check in on me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I am writing this experience for my husband:
«Worst and most unproffesional Dr. ever. I had made my first appt and was looking forward to meeting the Dr., especially since this was a switch from another Dr. We had just moved here from Northern California and my insurance covered him. On the day of my appt. my family and I got a call and my wife’s mom and my children’s grandma unexpectently had only a few hours left to live. Without a thought we quickly booked flights to say goodby to Grandma. Only 58 years old, it was unexpected and shocking. Upon our return I realized I missed my appt. and called their offices. After explaining the situation, the office stated that they wouldn’t see me without previous cancellation. I pleaded with the office to reconsider and speak to Dr. Congress, they discussed it and he was not interested in my situation and wouldn’t accept my apology. Following that I contacted my insurance company who emphasized with my situation and did a conference call with myself and the Dr. office. The office wouldn’t accept me on the call and only would speak with insurance. After the call I spoke with insurance who stated that Dr. Congress’s office was the most arrogant and insensitive office that they have ever dealt with. Even after insurance further pleaded my case Dr. Congress is unwilling to see me. I hope that this will help any who considers working with this Dr. After this experience I am happy that I am not his patient.»
