Worst place ever. Rude, extremely over priced. Every time I hv gone here over the years I leave upset at the money I spent and the shit job they’ve done. I was just charged 45 $ for short french manicure acrylic full set. I clearly asked 3x for pink bottom nail. I Was In A hurry and did not hv time OR I would Hv demanded correction. This place sucks. Im So upset

I searched around on Unilocal for the best prices for full set & pedi in Palm Springs & this is the one! On top of that, they have great customer service! I’ve been going to Kim every time. She’s great!

This nail salon is the worst I’ve been to ever! My first experience was decent… I thought it was pricey but I still went back for a fill. I was the first customer this morning and requested a pink and white fill and a pedicure. My pedicure was a joke. The «massage» I received was nothing like an actual massage. She barely touched my feet and legs. Then, I had to ask three times if I could get my nails done while I was sitting in the chair. I was told «soon». Then, when she finally came over and looked at my nails, she said I needed a full set and she would take all my nails off since I had cheap nails on and their product was better. After she was finished trying to explain that she could not fill my white tips because the powder was different, I told her I had my nails done there almost three weeks ago. She proceeded to speak in her language and walk in the back. At this time, three customers came in and two employees came from the back and began pedicures and fills on two of them. I was completely ignored. By the time my feet were finished and paid 27.00 for a sub par pedi, I was ready to leave. The employee who did my pedi said she was sorry. Not good enough! I am never going back there again.

This place needs reeks of fumes. The owner is nasty and rude. She is unsanitary and has a nasty attitude. The toxic fumes will make your eyes burn and your throat hurt. But don’t say a word to her or she will cuss you out. She is as toxic as the fumes. Avoid this place at all costs

Went for the first time today after using the nail place across the street for a long time.
Great massage chairs, friendly people, and my toes look great.

I’ve been going here for years. Linda does an excellent job with the waxing and it keeps me coming back. No one like her! Love it!

Filthy and Unsanitary. I’ve visited this nail salon at least 4 times and each time I’ve had a somewhat gross incident. These gross incidents include the manager (the same lady does the waxing) eating her lunch right at her station while other customers were getting their nails done. Today was the breaking point. They did not change the towel before me and it was filled with someone else’s cut nails. LAZY! the dried flowers are pointless. The «massage» chairs dont even recline and the place is straight up old and filthy.

Slow, nonfunctional chairs. Decent pedicure. Good callus treatment according to my mother. I’d probably go elsewhere next time…

I’ve been going here for several years… They do a great job on pedicures, but the main reason I go to Jacly’s is to have my eyebrows waxed… Linda does the best eyebrow waxing ever!!!

I had a great pedicure here, but this place could use better ventilation.
