Mary Cass is beyond amazing and kind and creative. We used her as our florist for our Palm Springs wedding in May. Our budget for flowers was very tame and from the very get-​go Mary made me feel so comfortable and completely worked within my budget. Originally I thought I wanted a rustic romantic look and she came to our wedding venue with a mock up. When I realized «rustic romantic» didn’t exactly work with the décor of Spencers, she immediately changed the centerpieces and offered solutions that fit with our color scheme and style. She sent us pictures of the mock ups for our approval and when I got to the venue on the day of the wedding I was BLOWN AWAY. It was far more beautiful than I could have possibly imagined. It was so well done (all within our budget) that I definitely shed tears when I saw the arrangements (it was an emotional day ;)). ALSO, she went ABOVE and BEYOND: She brought all our bouquets and boutonnieres to the hotel we were staying and was so reassuring through the entire process. I felt like we were family. I cannot recommend her enough. Communication wise make sure you call her or text her. Email isn’t the best way to get an immediate response but texting and calling is great!

Mary Cass is helpful, easy going, and a superstar. She created beautiful floral arrangements for our wedding this past January at Spencer’s. We were not disappointed. Consider value, quality, and beauty and look no further.

I ordered centerpieces for my mother in laws 85^th birthday party and they were absolutely gorgeous! All of her friends were amazed by how beautiful the flowers were. I worked with Mary who was delightful. She made sure the arrangements were just what I wanted, going so far as to call me the evening before our luncheon so that I could swing by for a sneak peek. Having moved to the area from LA and being an event planner, I was doubtful I would find flowers here in the desert that met my expectations. I was very wrong. Jensen’s outdid themselves and are now my go to.

I ordered a fall flower bouquet on thursday and it was supposed to be delivered today on ⁰⁹⁄₂₂. I still have not gotten it yet. I called over 2 hrs ago and still nothing.
Jensens sucks and they are rude.
Jensens was better on sunrise before they moved.
