–Dingy little room with stains on the carpet, ancient tilework in the bathroom, strange, mismatched fixtures and an old fashioned high-flow toilet. Refrigerator worked fine, however. –Constant banging from pipes(?) and different banging from renovation work in the next building over. –Housekeeping didn’t come until after 4:00pm, after we had given up on getting clean towels for the next night. Almost got«walked in on» because there was no «do not disturb» sign to hang on door. –TV is analog, standard def signal routed to cheap HDTV. Poor quality picture. –Water in shower keeps changing from the chosen temperature to scalding with no warning. –Staff was friendly, wi-fi mostly worked. –No continental breakfast, very few restaurants/stores within convenient walking distance.

My bf and I stayed at Knights Inn for a night on our road trip and we loved it! It is definitely one of the best motels we’ve ever stayed at. We called in before hand and unlike all the other motels, Knights Inn was willing to do a price match on the rates online and reserved the room for us before we arrived. Usually we would just be asked to book the room online. The room was small and simple but clean, bed was comfy too. Plenty of parking available. Rooms are only accessible through a gate which requires a room card, so we were not concerned about safety. Besides, the neighborhood did not seem sketchy at all. There’s a heated pool and tub, a bonus for us because it was cold! Overall, competitive rates, good amenities, great locations and great service by the receptionist(Bela, who is probably the owner?)

Nice bed. Big TV. Useful kitchen. Clean room, but really beat up. The toilet ran 25⁄7. Someone stuffed a rag in the tank to help the situation. It was gross. Nice pool and hot tub. Clean deck and chairs. Good location. Next door to liquor store. Best rates in town.

This is a great hotel. It has all the basics, clean and nice. The staff was wonderful and friendly. There is a little market that sells snacks and drinks next door. There is a bus stop for the community«buzz bus» that picks you up and drops you off around town for free during the weekend. Nice restaurant down the street called Elmers that was great for breakfast. Definately will stay again.

We had a blast here! The location is so convenient to everything and the staff and owners are so nice and helpful. If I had to give any negatives, the towels were a little small but that’s really it. Free parking = amazing Nobody ever really used the pool, we had it to ourselves. The hot tub was great. Perfect for a one night stay or a whole weekend! We stayed 3 nights and were sad to leave. We will definitely be back!

On the outside it is nothing to write home about, in fact you would probably drive on by. But once you get in it is a pleasant surprise. The staff is super friendly, nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious and beds are comfortable Pool is clean and big enough for the size of the hotel. Internet was speedy enough Location was good and close to everything Recommended for all, and we will be staying again when we get back to Palm Springs.

The place looks a little bit run down when you arrive but don’t let that scare you. The rooms are clean, the beds are great and the price is great for Palm Springs. The owners/staff are extremely friendly — we were immediately offered a glass of water upon arriving in three digit temperatures and they gave us a free upgrade to a king size bed. Note that there is a laundry spot(one machine and dryer) contrary to what our summary email said.

Nice little motel! Nothing fancy, a bit dated but CLEAN! The owners are very nice & accommodating. They just took over this place & Bela said they had some great plans for the under utilized space! It’s a $ 6 cab ride to the downtown area. Had a room in the pool area with a beautiful view of the mountains! There was a mini fridge in the room which we stocked at the nearby Ralph’s grocery store. The area seems safe(we walked around after dark) but as a hotel guest, I missed the peace of mind an extra security latch on the door would offer… regardless if it was needed or not. If you’re looking for an affordable, clean place to sleep, with a pool to enjoy while you explore Palm Springs, book now!

Great price, very clean, huge bed, and the staff are nice! Not to mention WiFi is free and it performs very well but you have to re-enter the username and password for WiFi every time your device sleeps.
