In agreement with reviewer below, Dr. Bodon is the absolute best! If I could give more stars, I would.
I was so happy that she was accepting new patients when I found out I was pregnant the second time. She is by far one of the most caring and professional doctors I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. She actually gives you time to ask questions and address concerns, she doesn’t just rush you out of the room like others.
First off, for the initial Pap smear, she used the smaller instruments for my comfort, it was easily the most pleasant pap I’ve ever had. The appointments leading up to my cesarean were all informative and pleasant. Surgery went really well, I’m very happy with the results, the cesarean scar is very small and neat, it healed perfectly. I love the way she left my belly, with my previous cesarean (done by another doctor) I felt like I was left with a huge kangaroo pouch, this time around my tummy looks flat and you can barely see the scar. The best part is the beautiful baby delivered with the utmost care. Thank you Dr. Bodon!

HANDS DOWN THE BEST DOCTOR IN THE VALLEY! I had been suffering from heavy bleeding for quite some time so I went to see Dr. Bodon and discovered I had a huge fibroid tumor and needed a complete hysterectomy. Dr. Bodon did the procedure using the Da Vinci Robot. I had minimal pain and absolutely no complications. I was back to work within two weeks. Not only was the surgery a success but I was absolutely confident knowing that my care was her primary concern. She is gracious, kind and always available if you have
any questions. I completely trust her and am blessed to have found such a caring and accessible doctor. Thank you Dr. Bodon for all you do.

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Bodon! She delivered my son April 9^th of 2009 and I have been her patient since I found out I was pregnant August of 2008. Dr. Bodon is amazing with her care, dedication, time management, and overall support– even post partum. I actually drive from San Diego to Palm Springs to see her– 2.5 hours each way. No regrets. She is the best and if I get pregnant again, I will make it a point to be there in Palm Springs to have my baby. Thanks Dr. B– I appreciate you and all you do for everyone.
PS– as for the negative review, there is a Dr. Lisa Barden– who had an office near Dr. Bodon at one point. This doctor was NOT a good doctor and could be the reviewers reference point. Dr. LISA BODON is amazing and I highly recommend her!

dr bodon misdiagnosed me, order meds for me when I was hospitalized and 12 weeks pregnant. I ended up having a miscarriage not long after. dr bodon had called me after I got out of the hospital and told me what she thought I had was negative and to «throw away» the remaining prescriptions. I had asked her when I was treated by her to do a quick, same day test before diagnosing me because the meds she wanted to give me would hurt my baby and what she said I had, I knew I didn’t have. its too late to have anything legally done but if the choice was there I would sue her. thanks for nothing DR

I recommend Dr Bodon to all! Having 3 large tumors removed & a hysterectomy performed by her at the same time I could not be happier with the entire experience. I will continue to see her for all my OB/​GYN needs. You couldn’t find a more helpful, gentle and informative doctor and I am so happy she was recommended to me.

Dr. Boden did my hysterectomy via the robot and it was the best decision. It was painless and I did not have any problems. She gave the best care and did an exceptional job.

I have been trying to get an appointment for a week. All that is available, apparently, is voicemail. Calls are returned, however, much later; and I can’t wait by the phone all day. I work too. It would be nice if Dr Boden would employ a person to answer the phone and schedule appointments rather than a machine. I believe it would be far more efficient and much kinder for patients who need care.

I have been a «patient» of the medical system for years now with several chronic medical problems and can easily say I have PTSD after dealing with so many egotistical, rude and incompetent doctors. I expected the same from Dr. Bodon.
I’m a high-​risk pregnancy due to have my first child in January 2015. I went into my first appointment so incredibly anxious and stressed, but she ended up being very calm, knowledgeable and comforting. She never dismissed any of my concerns, made me feel rushed nor denied any requests I had for testing. I am still nervous every time I go to my appointments, thinking «this time will be different» but she’s been consistently excellent in bedside manner and expertise. She has no qualms about admitting when something is beyond her scope of expertise and won’t pretend to have all the answers if she doesn’t — this is so important when it comes to a doctor because I’ve had people blatantly make stuff up thinking I wouldn’t know any better and it is scary that people can and will put you in medical danger because of ego.
She has been a blessing so far. I am currently 28 weeks and have seen her about once a month since the beginning. I’ll post an update after delivery, but because of Dr. Bodon my pregnancy has been much less stressful and I feel confident about birthing.
And even though I think she only works in the Rancho Mirage office now, I LOVE the ultrasound tech at Las Palmas! She’s smart, funny and so incredibly sweet — does her job well and quickly.

I love Dr. Bodon. She is the best. I just had a baby few months ago and I was also a surrogate mom. She was completely understanding, and caring to me and te parents of the baby I was carrying. She was always very helpful, never felt rushed! She made me feel comfortable and always listened to my needs and concerns. I just wish I would have used her with my previous pregnancies too. So for any pregnant mamas out there, dr Bodon is the best!

I had to switch from my previous doctor to Dr Bodon and I’m sooooooo thankful I did. Dr. Bodon is very easy going, kind and understands immunology. I highly recommend her.

If you want a doctor who cares about you and your baby go see Dr. Bodon, and her team. My first delivery was with someone who treated my family and I very bad, so I heavily researched OB’s before I made any appointments. Dr. Bodon is soft spoken, honest, and has a huge heart. She cares for all of her patients, and is always available if any questions or concerns arise. She also has a team member (nurse) named Maraeleana (sorry about spelling), and she is just wonderful. It is truly an honor to write the first
review about Dr. Bodon. People need to know how wonderful this OB is, and how much passion she has for her job. Thank you Dr. Bodon and the entire team at Las Palmas OBGYN.
